Living hell

Chapter 1

**Maria's POV& thoughts ***

Hi. I am Maria Gonzales I'm am 16 years old . I live in the ghetto part of L.A and that about all you need to know about me . Other then I live with my parents , my grandparents and one of my uncles . Yes I am Mexican . Was it that obvious?

*Alarm rings *
"Is it morning already ?" I say while I sit up and press the snooze button aggressively
"Woah Maria calm down! That's your second alarm clock this month ! We don't even have enough for the rent . What makes you think we have enough for an other alarm clock ?" My uncle says while brushing his teeth in the bathroom across the hall
" I don't mind going old school tio . I've always wanted a rooster that I can call my own " I say half asleep .
" very funny Maria , now get ready for school . Maybe you'll be the first one to graduate high school and collage out of this family " my tio smiles at me
" that's the goal " I smiled back at him

I walk into the kitchen and see that my grandma didn't make anything .. "Mmm .. That's strange she usually makes something for breakfast " I grab a bowl of plain corn flakes and add tons of sugar on it . Hey ! Don't judge ! It's cheaper ! And it taste the same

. As I gobble my corn flakes down I check the time and see that it's 7:10 . " oh crap! I'm going to be late " I yell while I run towards the shower .

I do my daily routine which is shower, dress myself and brush my teeth . I look up and smile to the mirror to check if I brushed my teeth well enough. I make eyes contact with myself and say " today's the day "

I grab my backpack and head towards the door . I can hear my grandma yelling something but all I could hear her saying was " the dead ! The dead !" I didn't think twice about it .
" she's probably watching her novelas (Mexican soap operas ) . I thought to myself

****At school***

As I open the front doors to my school I notice the popular girls hanging out by Vanessa Ruiz locker . Vanessa is basically their leader since her dads rich and she looks more like a chola then anyone here .

I try to walk by without being notice but for some strange reason I can feel their eyes hovering over me

I took on glance at Vanessa and that's when she look at me with her devil eyes and yelled " grab her bitches !"

Her minions did as they were told and grab me

"Follow me " Vanessa said laughing like a hyena .

Her minions dragged me to what seem like to be the girls locker room . Her minions were smiling and enjoying as much as Vanessa

" take her clothes off " her minions hesitated at first but like always they did as they were told

I still had my bra and underwear on and I felt water dripping on my back . I look up and notice that they ceiling is leaking ! That's no shocker since the school makes us being our own toilet paper if we plan to use the restroom .
I don't think they could repair the ceiling even if they wanted to.

Anyways I look up at the ceiling while the minions waited for there next command .

As I was examining the ceiling a couple drops of dirty ceiling water fall into my mouth . It tastes so Nasty! I spit it out and I spray some on Vanessa .

" YOU FUCKIN BITCH!" she yelled
"Your gonna pay for this " she said while opening a locker .

" Put that brat in the locker before I beat her ass " Vanessa said . Her minions threw me into the locker and locked it .

" you can't we serious !? Vanessa ! Open it ! " I screamed

" what's wrong ? You want my to call your mommy " Vanessa teased .
" your so lucky I didn't beat your ass because if I di-"

Vanessa got cut off by sirens in the background they all looked at each other and they sent one girl to check out what was happening

" Vanessa ! You better take a look at this !" The girl said with a worried tone

" holy shit . Girls ! Let's go!!" Vanessa said running out of the locker room

I was there left in a locker trying to figure out what they hell was going on . Why did Vanessa leave so quickly ? And how long am I going to be stuck in here ?
