HE SAT AT THE WINDOW, STILL AND DISCREET. His eyes narrowed at the words spoken by the hero. It seemed Shoto had been decided to move back home, so the man's focus on U.A. decreased. He figured he had heard enough, and he had spent over the limit of his free time away from his own home. So with that, he snuck away from the Todoroki abode.

Walking alone in the dark, damp streets, he tugged on his heavy black coat and sighed. He felt as though he had lost reason to do anything. The fall of No.1 was more upsetting than he thought it would be, especially for him. He quickened his pace and shook away the thoughts. He couldn't let that pity get in the way of everything else.

When he arrived to his rightful place with the others, they questioned him for being gone for so long.
"Took you long enough. Mind explaining where you've been?" His colleague asked bitterly, clawing at his calloused neck.
"No, I won't." The man replied, forcing a blank expression. "Why should you care?"

The man scowled. "I wouldn't want one of my teammates just disappearing for a reason I wasn't made aware of... then again, I don't care that much."

"Awwwe, stop lying, Tomura. You know you missed Dabi." A young, blonde girl smiled smugly resting her cheeks in her palms.
"You're gonna wanna refrain from giving me the urge to kill you, Himiko." Tomura threatened darkly.

The man sighed. "There's not much to miss anyway, so why would he?" He said, walking away.
"And where might you be going now?" Asked Tomura.
"I'll just be here, jeez."

"While you're at it, get Spinner and Compress."
"Why?" He questioned.
"Just do it." Tomura groaned. "I've got an important matter to discuss with all of you."

After the league was gathered, Tomura explained they would individually start scouting for other small villainous civilisations with similar goals to theirs, and if they were to encounter them directly, request to recruit or join forces with them to strengthen their chances.

Spinner frowned. "This is a foolish act. You say this could strengthen us, but have you taken into consideration of how this could weaken us? Not just the League Of Villains, but the goal of taking down the hero society might just turn back on all us villains. We should be able to manage on our own. Besides, the recent fall of No.1 has weakened them. We can take our shot now."

"Uniting villains could make us stronger before it could ever disadvantage us." Said Tomura. "It shouldn't take long for us to grow in strength before society gets back on it's feet. Then we will have a better chance in taking down the heroes just as we've always planned. We must be patient, Spinner."

"I have long since lost my patience, Shigaraki!" The lizard man snapped. "How do you know if these people we're planning to fight with are even worthy? This plan is reckless enough to take down the entire villain society! We have the best chance to make a move now, why won't you take it? Think about it, Tomura. Ever since we've tried interacting with other criminals groups like the Yakuza and the Meta Liberation Army, look where that's brought us! We've already lost nearly half the league. Trying to grow our power will only make us weaker. I only came here to follow Stain's ideology and as far as I can tell, I haven't gotten anywhere with that here. Have I even got a purpose to be here? Stain wouldn't make such foolish actions, he'd recognise who's worthy and who's not to have them work by his side. Make a wise choice, Tomura. We can't lose anymore people."

Tomura stayed silent for a moment. Though it only appeared he didn't take much care into Spinner's words, he understood his point.
"And here you are working with the League Of Villains." The room went silent. "... I understand."
"Do you? It doesn't seem like it."
"Spinner. I understand this isn't the life you hoped to be leading. You may be doing things Stain wouldn't be doing. Think of these challenges and differences as character development. There's no option to skip the levels to success. You'll become who you want to be, just let this all pass through. Nobody said being a villain would be easy."

If he hadn't lost his words, Spinner would have made a retort. He sighed in accepted defeat and listened to the rest of Shigaraki's proposals.

Dabi listened to Spinner's jeremiad and admittedly related. He, along with Himiko Toga, only joined the league because of their inspiration towards the hero killer Stains ideals, but now Dabi wasn't sure anymore.

He was always sure about what he wanted yet lately he had been off. It didn't go unnoticed by the rest of the league.

Although being a literal league of villains, they weren't just a group of low-lives committing crime for their own pleasure, doing what they'd please and abuse each other from time to time. Unlike most criminal groups, they treated each other like a family they never had. Each and every one of them had a reason to turn to 'villainy', whether they ran away from home, they were unwanted, or maybe they hadn't a choice in the path fate forced them to take.

"Toga, Spinner, Dabi. You'll go tomorrow." Shigaraki declared.
Toga cheered as Dabi groaned. "Yaay! This is gonna be so much fun!-"
"This doesn't mean you'll be looking for trouble to cause." Although that speech seemed directed to the young woman, it also balanced to Dabi, having to lose his patience very easily and would even burn bodies if he'd please. At least, he used to.

"Don't do anything stupid."
