Description
A small town, life-long friends, a boy, a girl, one night and some secrets.
Lukas Summers has it all: good looks, talent, intelligence, and the charm to match-well maybe not the charm, but he has everything else. He's got one more year in the middle of nowhere Illinois town he's spent his entire life in, and he's determined to make it count. His life is football, parties, and his best friend. Nothing and no one would dare get in the way of that...except maybe a certain something and a certain someone.
Adalia Meziere enjoys simplicity. The easier things are, the better. Life is too short to be complicated. Parties, drama, and all of that stuff in between never really called her name. She'd much rather stay at home in her garage and paint, but life can't always be simple. The one blaring complication in Adalia's life isn't school, it isn't work, but rather a boy-more specifically her brother's best friend.
Author's Note
Hey everyone! First off, I would just like to thank you for choosing to read this story; it means quite a lot. Also, just as a bit of a warning, this is the first book I have ever written, so there will most definitely be grammatical errors, cliche plot points, and possibly a few plot holes here and there. If that is something of a concern for you then let me be the first to apologize. But with that being said, I hope everyone that chose to click on this book will stick with it to the end and love reading it as much as I loved writing it.
Anyways, I hope you enjoy!
