Chapter 11

"If I see that Becky again Ima roundhouse her brunette ass." You said as you took a bite of your steak.

Hawks rented out a whole roof for you both to dine as the sun went down. It was all set up with candles and lights dangling from the corner beams with the table in the middle of it all. He of course had some fried chicken with a side of fries and sprite while you got a medium-rare steak with a side of mash potatoes and ice water(I apologize to my vegan readers).

"Trust me we won't be seeing her again." He reassured you as he crunched at his fried chicken.

He seemed to be enjoying the chicken more than you.

"Y/n crunch, crunch, close your eyes."He said threw his chewing.

You raised your eyebrows with confusion but complied with his request.

"Now open your mouth." He added.

Ok?

You slightly open your mouth but it wasn't enough for Hawks. With his other hand, he gently cups your cheek slowly dragging down your bottom lip with his thumb. Thinking he wanted you to suck it you opened your mouth wide letting your tongue out. Just as you were about to go at it he shoved a piece of fried chicken in your mouth.

"I'm not moving this chicken until you bite it." He said with a sweet smile as you looked at him with a grumpy expression.

You took a deep breath and bit down on the chicken. The crispy skin coming in contact with your teeth let off a satisfying crunch. The skin was seasoned to perfection and the white meat was tender and juicy.

Fucking hell, I've been eating the wrong chicken my whole life?!?!

That bite was almost as good as your steak; Hawks could clearly tell by the look in your eyes you loved the fried chicken, letting out a sly smile.

"Guess someone likes chicken now~,"

You pouted as you rolled your eyes unable to admit it.

"It's whatever," You reluctantly said getting up to walk up to the edge of the building, Hawks following right behind you. You gazed off into the warm sunset was the breeze was in your favor blowing through your hair. Hawks slowly crept from behind you, hugging you by the waist resting his face in your shoulder; he left a few soft kisses on your neck as he lightly tightened his hold on you. You let out a soft smile ruffling his blonde hair.

"Hold on tight babybird~," He whispered in your ear in a raspy tone.

And just like that, Hawks lifted you off the ground flying right off the building. He held onto tight, his wings expanding out and swishing inwards flying over Tokyo.

"Beautiful view up here! Right Y/n-"

Your horns shot out from your head as your muscles tripled in size out of fear; you were heavier than your usual devil form. Hawks hitched his breath struggling to hold onto you. Trying to hold you tighter he moves his arm above your chest.

This causes you to slowly then quickly slip out of him.....and fall.

"Haaaaawwwwwwwkkkkkkkkkksssssss!!!!"

You were falling at a rapid speed as Hawks dove down to catch you. You lay your body flat against the air to slow down your fall. You could feel your normal eye was being lightly clouded by the same red and purple color on the other eye. You felt a slight pain coming from your back then a sharp sting; it now felt like you had an extra set of arms. Your instincts kicked in fast causing you to extend them outward. From falling to your death you immediately shot up towards the sky passing Hawks. He looked at you with amazement as you hovered above him. You could feel a breeze coming from both of your sides as you wondered what was going on.
