[Chapter]: One.

Karl's Pov.
I stepped out the bus with a few friends, well- only friends. Jimmy, Chris and Chandler. They're the friends I managed to keep anyways. We started to head to the school building, it's the first day of 11th grade for us, I'd be lying if i said i wasn't nervous. Chandler was snacking on a gusher and it squirted near his eye. "Ah shit-" he dropped the gusher and checked if his face was alright. Chris snorted and laughed, Jimmy just shook his head hiding his smirk. I giggled but immediately shut up. i hate laughing, i sound like a witch when i do. "Well, it looks like we all have the same first period in the other building, except for you Karl." Jimmy hummed as he passed out our schedules. I'll never know how he gets them so fast. I'm going to be alone for a whole class? Great... Chris patted my shoulder "hey it'll be alright, i have second period with you. just hang in there Karl." I nodded and hugged him goodbye. He started to head to the next building, Jimmy and Chandler waved a goodbye to me and followed Chris. I sighed as i looked at the schools doors, it's now or never. i opened the door and walked inside.

3rd persons Pov:
Sapnap was fooling around with his best friend Dream, gently shoving each other against the lockers while their other best friend; George was scolding them to stop. "You're such a buzzkill Gogy." Sapnap crossed his arms smiling slightly.
"It's because he's so short he can't fit any fun in his body." Dream stated. George scoffed and retorted back along the lines of him being average height, to which Dream argued back to. Sapnap laughed watching his friends disagree. Suddenly a boy who walked in caught Sapnap's attention. The boy hadn't made an grand entrance or anything, in fact nobody batted an eye towards him. Except Sapnap for some odd reason. The boy was wearing a color block hoodie that seemed a little too long for him by the sleeve; Companied by a pair of skinny jeans, left sock was purple and right was a neon green. Meanwhile one shoe was teal and the other was orange. He wondered why he was so interested in the boy. Sapnap hardly even knew who the boy was. He was suddenly pulled out of thought by someone bumping into him.

Sapnap flinched, completely unscratched unlike the student who fell rear first on the ground.
"My bad-" Sapnap blurted out. He looked down at the student, soon realizing who it was.

"I'm sorry it wasn't on purpose..."

Multicolored boy.

Sapnap pulled the boy up "what's your name?"

"Karl." he muttered.

"what?"

"Karl Jacobs." He said louder and looked up at Sap. Jeez was he small.

Sapnap nodded "Pretty name. My names Sapnap."

"What a strange name,," Karl said quite timidly.

Sapnap rolled his eyes "it's a nickname. i don't want people calling me by my real."

Karl nodded, Sapnap turned behind him only to realize his friends ditched him.

Sapnap sighed and turned back to Karl.

"What's your first period Jacobs?"
