Chapter 18: First kiss

While weiwei and her parents were eating lunch, weiwei got a message. Weiwei take a look at the message. Then she went to her room and called xiao nai. 

Weiwei: You transferred me the money?
Xiao nai: Buy a plane ticket.
Weiwei: My bank card... in your presence, I think it only appeared once or twice, yet you remembered it? That's too amazing!
Xiao nai: Weiwei, flowers are blooming on the street. Enjoy the spectacle on your return.

After lunch, weiwei starts packing her luggage.

Her mom: you have to leave after returning for just a few days. Why didn't you tell us you applied for a summer internship?
Weiwei: it's too sudden. I just got the notification.
Her mom: what company? Is it reliable?
Weiwei: The people in it... should be quite reliable.
Her mom: Then where are you going to stay? At the school?
Her dad(coming to her room): Weiwei, there's a package for you.
Her dad: almost done with the clothes?

Weiwei opened the package and took out the key.

Weiwei(showing the key): Room and board has been settled. Xiao ling  has a house near the school, and can lend it to me. This is the key.
Her dad: What? Are you staying in someone else's home? It's not too inconvenient, right?
Her mom: That's right. It's not good to stay at someone else's house, right?
Weiwei: It's fine. Xiao ling is my good friend.
Her dad: okay, then. But you are really... Why didn't you say something sooner about this kind of plan? we could have helped you prepare some necessities to bring over.
Weiwei: It's fine, dad. I don't lack anything. Also, it's very convenient around the school. I can just buy it if I need anything.
Her mom: Weiwei, it's so hot, Don't work too hard. You have to take care of yourself. If there's anything wrong, just call us.
Her dad: Your mom is right. We're not by your side, so you need to rely on yourself for everything
Weiwei: I know. I take good care of myself. Don't worry. Why are you getting so emotional?

Weiwei took a cab and went to xiao nai's office straight from airport. 

Weiwei(in mind): I didn't tell master when I would be back. If I show up in front of him, I wonder if he will be surprised or shocked? Forget it. I'm happy as long as I get to see him.

Weiwei went in and knock on the xiao nai's office door.

Xiao nai: come in.

Weiwei opened the door and went in. Xiao nai seems a bit surprised by the sudden arrival of weiwei. But he didn't showed any expression on his face. He stopped his work and came close to weiwei. He pinned her against the door. Weiwei felt something tighten at her waist. A burning palm held her close like a piece of steel, a hot breath coming close to her. His lips pressed on her lips. Blocking her from behind was the coldness of the office door, yet every part of her body that was touching his seemed to be burning. Weiwei was at the contact point of ice and fire with no way out.

Weiwei couldn't breath and instinctively wanted to push him away. It wasn't effective. Weiwei started to feel faint. After an unknown length of time, she seemed to hear the sound of knocking on the door and somebody say: "Third brother, supervisor Fang came to discuss the background music of the game. They are waiting for you in the conference room. It's probably not good to let them wait." Weiwei understood that it was yugong. Thinking that somebody was right outside this thin door that she was pinned on, she suddenly became embarrassed and anxious.

The person outside seemed to have left.

A long time after, he finally let her go. Weiwei got a chance to breath but her head didn't have the energy to think.

Xiao nai: wait for me here.

He adjusted his clothing and went to the conference room leaving weiwei in his office. After a ten or fifteen minutes, weiwei got a call from xiao ling. Xiao ling told her to clean the house. Now, weiwei had an excuse to escape from there. She wrote a note to xiao nai and sticked it on his computer screen. When xiao nai returned to his office, there was nobody inside. The computer screen had a note on it. He took it off. 

Note: After you left, xiao ling called me. She told me to clean the house. So, I am leaving.

At the end, there was a big smiley face drawn on it. The corner of xiao nai's mouth rose a little bit.

Xiao nai(in mind): Running off is running off. The excuse you found was this insincere.

The next minute, xiao nai called weiwei.

Xiao nai: where are you?
Weiwei: I'm cleaning at xiao ling's house. I can't stay in the dorm. I'm borrowing her apartment to live in for a while.
Xiao nai: Address. 
Weiwei: I'm cleaning. It's pretty dirty at the moment. Let's talk about it a bit later. You're too expensive. I can't afford you.
Xiao nai: Weiwei, are you embarrassed?
Weiwei: Bao gui gardens, building 17, number A1601. When you come over help me buy two bottles of juice.

After finishing in one breath, weiwei quickly hung up. Half an hour later, the door bell rang. Without giving the person any time to speak, she put the paper hat on his head and pushed him into the kitchen.

Weiwei: you clean the kitchen. If you can't finish, don't come out.

Then she ran into the bedroom to wipe the glass.
