I'm proud of you because not many people can start something like Glow up for more then weeks. You're here because you wanna change your live style, the way you look, to be happy and that takes time.
Hey! My name is Kristyn and I'm on my way to Glow up too. Everyone always saids that I'm pretty and that I don't need to change, but what if I don't like the way how I look or just who I'm now? What if I wanna change everything about my self? Sometimes there is a great day, but this day this is the day you've made this choice to change, this is one special day with one great choice.
Glow up is better version of yourself, who you wanna be and how you wanna look. It's hard and painful way to succes. No-one has ever said that It's easy. They did? I mean only someone who's on their way to Glow up has never said that. There will be always someone who's trying to help you and someone's trying to make you give up on your dreams, but don't you dare to let them win. In every single one of us is hidden a fighter even if you haven't found him yet, so go out for run, workout, stay focused, hydrated and fight for thing you wanna reach.
