This is my opinion not some professional facts.

Everyone has habits and we can split them into two pieces.

1. Healthy(good) habits

Healthy habites are habites that are keeping us happy and motivated. They're keeping us on our Healthy track . Usually we can call them like habites for productive and positive day. Those habits were rlly normal but at this time not many people have them. Taking care of your skin, reading, learning, sleeping, working out, eating healthy or breathing exerices, those are some of basic healthy habites. I'm trying to do them everyday but sometimes I just can't make It and that doesn't mean the end of your journey. Sometimes we just have to rest and It's ok but don't give those habits up.

2.Unheathly(bad) habits

Those bad habits are bad for our productive day and for our health, surprisingly. You can feel bad and be rude to others even if you don't want to. You're tired and sick, everything just feels so bad. It's good to put those bad habits away as fist step because this is the main problem for lots of people even for me.
