Chapter 1

Welp, got some extra time by finishing hw early and made another chapter while I was at it. Enjoy and vote and comment cuz I love votes and comments.  Btw, I tried to make a longer chapter than the Prologue.

Hoooh, Naruto woke up in the morning not even knowing what will happen today at the Academy. He dressed in his black Anbu pants, blue sandals, and his black shirt with the Uzumaki crest on it, on top of it all, he put his headband on his forehead again since he wore that yesterday and there was no point in wearing the ugly orange jumpsuit he used to wear. Then, he ran to the Academy excited to get into his teams.

Once at the Academy, the students who passed were talking to each other about the teams they wanted to be in. Shikamaru was just sleeping since talking about teams was too "Troublesome" while Choji was munching on his chips.

Sadly for everyone sitting around them, Ino and Sakura were screaming about how love would end them up with Sasuke. As always, Sasuke was just hn'ing at people and brooding like a moody Uchiha.

FINALLY, when Iruka came, he stated that he would be announcing the teams now and their senseis would be picking them up in a few minutes, hours, or half a day, for Kakashi's team. Then, suddenly everyone was silent and then looking at the paper Iruka was holding trying to have X-Ray vision.

Iruka announced, "Team 7 will consist of Sasuke Uchiha, Sakura Haruno, and Sai." Sakura screamed like a howler monkey, "CHA!!! I KNEW THAT LOVE WOULD HAVE ME AND SASUKE TOGETHER!" much to the despair of Ino and Sasuke.

"Ahahahahahah!! Whew, that WAS hilarious, wasn't it Kurama??" Naruto thought into his mindscape. "Saying that I would be paired up with the moody Uchiha and howler monkey was veryyy funny wasn't?"

"Woah Woah Woah, I never said that you would be, I said you would "Probably" be with them. Chill out kit." Kurama shot back.

"Welp, at least I'm not with them and I learned a valuable lesson to not always trust what you say. Hallelujah!"

"Amen"

"Huh, this is weird," Iruka announced after calling out all of the teams with their respective sensei. All of the Academy graduates were separated into groups of three with their sensei on the top but Naruto was by himself and the spot for the sensei said, To be determined. "Hey Naruto, I'm sorry but for some reason, you don't have a sensei yet," Iruka said.

"Heh, that dope probably begged Iruka Sensei just to give him a headband one out of pity and then received one," Kiba snorted leaving a pissed off Naruto with Kurama trying to calm him down.

Suddenly, Jiraiya burst into the window Anko style and declared, "I am the mighty and gallant Toad Sage, Jiraiya of the Sannin!" while standing on the poor Gama who looked like he wanted to disappear.

"Uhhhh..." Getting back to his senses, Iruka said, "Hello Jiraiya-Sama, what brings you here to the Academy." Jiraiya replied, "Oh, nothing really important. I came to pick up my new favorite apprentice, Naruto Uzumaki. I was told he would be here."

Everyone else had their mouths open wide enough to catch a fly and simultaneously thought, "The deadlast brat Naruto, or thought so dead last brat, Jiraiya-Sama's apprentice? IMPOSSIBLE!!!"

Sakura was the first one to come to her senses and screamed, "WHY IS THE DEAD LAST THE APPRENTICE FOR ONE OF THE SANNIN? SASUKE-KUN SHOULD BE THE ONE WHO IS CHOSEN!!!" (Ironically, Sasuke will probably go to Orochimaru for power who was one of the Sannin) Suddenly, a lot of KI came from Jiraiya and he retorted, "Cause I chose him for a reason you don't need to know and Sasuke isn't worthy enough for my teachings."  Most of the academy students were cowering in fear due to his KI, but it almost automatically, went away after Jiraiya composed himself.
