Mind Made Up

~Izuku's POV~

I took a shower and got dressed in a red shirt and gray sweatpants before going downstairs "good morning!" I greeted cheerfully. No response. I frowned and went to the kitchen "hi Kirishima!" No response

I made myself some tea and waffles and sat all alone. After finishing up, I washed the cup and plate then went back to the common area where Jirou, Yaoyurozu, Mina, Kaminari, Kaachan and Iida were watching TV

"Hi everyone!" I tried again

"Midoriya for the love of God!" Mina exclaimed "just go away!"

I shrugged pretending I didn't care and went back upstairs. I locked my door and slid down to the ground and began sobbing "w-why does *sob* everyone h-hate *sob* me s-so much" I sobbed to myself

I sat there sobbing for what felt like an eternity when it was just an hour. I got up and wiped my eyes then exchange my sweatpants for some black jeans shorts and my signature red shoes.

I jogged out of the students' dormitory towards the teachers'. When I got there Mr Aizawa was just about to leave "Mr Aizawa-Sensei!" I called out

"What do you want problem child?" He asked scowling

"C-could I leave for a while?" I asked

"What do you mean 'leave for a while'?" He asked

"I-I mean go to live with my father for a short period of time then come back" I explained twiddling my thumbs

"How long will you be gone?" He asked

"A-about uhhhhhhhhh f-five months?" I said though it sounded like a question

"I'll set up the flight ticket and all that jazz" he said sighing "I'll tell you when your flight is scheduled"

"Thank you Sensei" I said bowing

"Yeah whatever" and with that he went on to do his business. I went back to the dorms all rainbows and unicorns and sunshine. In other words I was smiling like a crazy person. I ran up to my room and pulled a suitcase from under my bed. I packed clothes, my toothbrush, toothpaste, sunscreen (just in case), my laptop, a photo of Kaachan and I when we were kids and one of me and mom. I then picked up my phone and called dad

RIIIIING!

RIIIIING!

RIII- "hello?" He answered

"H-hey dad" I said

"Oh hey Izuku, what's up?" He asked

"I'm okay, I hope I didn't interrupt you" I said panicked

"No no, it's okay"

"Ummmm, I-I wanted to ask a..........favor" I said nervously

"What is it bud?"

"C-could I come over?" I asked prepared for a 'no'

"Of course Izuku" he said "You didn't have to ask you know"

"Thank you!" I said

"Are you moving permanently or are you going to go back to Japan?"

"I-I'm coming back" I said "I just need a break from all this so I was wondering if I could stay over for about five months"

"No problem, should I tell your friends?"

"No! Just invite them over, pretend you need their help" I said "then I'll surprise them"

"Alright, see you soon kiddo"

"You too dad, bye"
