First Case

Amy's POV

I'm woken up by a bang on my door. "What?" I groan and roll over.

"Were going swimming, get up." I laugh and change into my bikini.

"Ready?"

He nods and we head down out the back door. I shove him before running down to the sea. He runs after me but I get into the water and begin swimming off. He joins me and he takes the lead.

When we get back to the house. Danny stands there. "Where the hell have you been?"

"Swimming, what does it look like?" Steve laughs.

"We have a case."

We both change quickly before jumping in his car. We put Danny in the back which he complains about. In sync we state, "shut up." He huffs.

We arrive at a house and an officer lets us through. We walk in to see a body of a girl aged about 23, laying on her front with a bullet in the back of her head.

Steve turns to me. "you alright?"

"Yeah. I've seen more dead bodies than you've have hot dinners." They all look at me but I ignore it. I can explain all of that later. "So, we can tell the cause of death but it looks like she was beaten as well."

"Well it seems I am not needed." I turn around to see a smaller man.

"Sorry. It's a habit."

Steve cracks a smile, "Max this is Amy." We shake hands. He starts rambling on about how I was right and then examining the body.

I start looking around. "Seems she had a boyfriend and two parents."

"Lets get back and find out what we can."

Chin sighs, "I can't find much."

"May I?" Chin nods. I begin tying in an address website. This website is a god send.

Danny asks, "what are you doing? Dress shopping."

"Have some faith."

Steve says, "explain then?"

"This is front page for the government agencies, law enforcement and even secret organisations." I type in my user name and password. "I use it all the time."

"How did you get an account for it?" Kono asks curiously.

"How do you think?" I comment.

Danny asks, "did you hack...."

"No." I turn to him. "God, I worked for the government." I turn back to typing. "Just some work for a few agencies."

"Which ones?" Steve asks.

I don't answer that question and state, "Here we are." I get up the database and type in her name. Many documents appear on the screen. I step back. "Off you go."

Chin takes my place and Steve raises his eyebrows at me. I smirk and cockily shrug. He turns back to Chin who discusses her finacial records as well as habbits.

"Alright. Chin, Kono go see her boyfriend. Danny and I will go to her pub job."

"What about me?" Hoping he hasn't forgotten me because I will kick his ass if he has.

"Go see Max see if his got any more information."

"Fine." I grab a pair of car keys and head off.
