You woke up with a slight headache. You tried to get up but you quickly realized that you weren’t lying in your bed. You were sitting in a chair with your hands tied behind your back. The room you were now in was dimly lit. There were no wallpapers. No furniture. Nothing except a single light bulb and a table. You couldn’t see what was on the table since it was too far and you couldn’t get up but considering where you were, you didn’t really want to know. The floor was covered in dried blood and so was the chair. You felt like you couldn’t breathe. Your heart was pounding and your hands were shaking.
Suddenly you heard footsteps coming towards the room. The metal door to your room opened and you saw a dark figure standing in the doorway.
“Good. You’re awake.” You recognized the voice. He was the man who abducted you. “I was beginning to worry. After all, you’re of no use to me if you’re dead.”
“…”
“Not much of a talker, are you?”
“…”
“Don’t worry. I’ll make you talk. You just need the proper… motivation.” He said, walking towards the table. “Unfortunately, that’s someone else’s job.” He began walking towards the door. “He’ll be here soon. Don’t go anywhere.” He chuckled before closing the door and leaving you alone once again.
