i get changed into some comfy clothes once i got out of the shower from school.

i lay on my bed and open my phone to check my socials. until i hear a knock on the door, or should i say a bang...

i rush out of my bedroom door and see my little sister just as confused as i am. we walk down the steps of the stairs to discover the strange banging on the door.

we are unsure of who it was until i heard the voice.

"BAILEY OPEN UP!" the person yells
my reaction should of been relieved since it was my boyfriend, nate. however i was scared. scared of what he would do to me. scared of what he could do to me. he sounds really angry.

"oh it's nate" my sister says relieved.
"no, no stormi. don't open the door" i whisper yell at her.
"why not?" she asks
"i'm gonna go talk to him outside, i don't want him in the house" i say firmly hoping stormi listens to me.

i stick my head out of the door.

"what do you want nate?" i question the infuriated man in front of me.
"we need to talk" he says firmly.

i open the door trying not to let him in. he's continuing my actions.

"why can't i come in?" he questions
"uhh... stormis sick." i lie.
"ok" he responds.
"what do want to talk about" i say while sitting on our porch swing.
"i'm sorry for everything i've done wrong to you the past couple of months" he says, sounding genuine.
"it's ok. i forgive you nate" i say comforting him.
"you shouldn't. i'm a monster" nate responses
"what?! no you are not. don't ever say you are a monster nate." i say trying to make him feel better.
"i love you so much you don't understand bailey. you make me a better person" nate says.

i kiss him to stop him from talking.

we continue kissing for ages it feels like until we hear stormi tap on the window.

we both pull apart and see her grinning at us.

we all laugh. it feels good to laugh. it feels good to see nate laugh as well. it's been a long time since we both have laughed.

i miss him being happy....
