15 year old Rebecca's POV
"Becca, are you legitimately ignoring me right now?" Luke called from the other side of the door. I had currently locked myself up in here after seeing my best friend kissing his girlfriend of 2 months right in front of my locker.
You may be wondering why, so I'll tell you now. If your lifelong best friend suddenly decides to let you know he's been seeing a girl without telling you by kissing her in front of your locker how would you feel?
Is my reasoning still not good enough?
Try watching all that unfold right in front of your eyes, knowing that he is the love of your life, but of course now I know he couldn't see that because he had the slutty Monica Hawk kissing and tugging him over to her every time he tried to speak to the stupid, weird, and psycho Rebecca Bailey
"I'm leaving, Rebecca. Come find me when your little drama finally ends," I hear Luke say from the other side of the door. "I'm not going to waste my time waiting for you, I have stuff to do." Right after I hear the slight shuffling of shoes signaling that he's left, I burst into tears.
"Luke chose Monica over me." The sentence haunts me for minutes, and minutes turn into hours. Soon the bell rings and I hear shouts from the inside of the closet.
I assume the teachers decided not to be total asses and actually allowed the students to leave the class exactly when the bell rang. I didn't want to come out of the closet although I knew I had to eventually.
As soon as I heard the teens exiting the school I quietly opened the door, only to encounter Luke and his group of stuck up, and rude friends.
"Look, I wanna apologize for what I said to you," Luke croaked out. "It's oka-" I barely managed to say before Luke quickly added "but, I have a life and other priorities. My life doesn't revolve around you, Bec."
I clenched my small hands into fists, attempting to cool down. "Fuck you, Luke. Don't call me 'Bec' or 'Becca' ever again." I confidently said. I quickly remembered the reason I had wanted to talk to Luke today.
"Luke," I said staring right at his icy blue eyes, immediately feeling insecure and attacked. How does he have this effect on me?
I snap out of my daze and tell him what I meant to do so before the 'incident'.
"I'm fucking leaving."
He looks confused and opens his mouth to say something but before he even says anything I push past him and his friends running towards the school gates, leaving them behind,
Forever.

I like the way this fanfiction is heading. I got this idea from one of my favorite books on wattpad also known as
'Hey there, Delilah' by @5SecondsOfFreedom
She's a very talented author and her book is a million times better than mine will ever be. I just wanted to clear things up. Of course my book will also be different from her book in a MILLION ways because I wouldn't copy another writer's work. That's disrespectful and wrong.
