Potato cysts nematode (Globodera rostochiensis) is a quarantine pests worldwide and can damage host plant potato (Solanum tuberosum) up to 80% yield reduction, causes death to potato. Globodera rostochiensis and Globodera pallida is the two PCN genera infecting potato plant.
