Chapter 10

Tang Yin was stunned at the sudden escape. But he quickly recovered and put his zither away, and went to bed. His bed was right beside Tang San. Tang Yin was asleep within seconds. Meanwhile, Tang San and Xiao Wu did not sleep. They were sparing all night instead. Morning quickly come, Tang San wake up to find himself asleep in the park bench exhausted after sparing with Xiao Wu. On his right, Xiao Wu was sleeping peacefully hugging Tang San. Immediately, Tang San blushed and quietly went to the dorm and place Xiao Wu by the bed. Hearing a rustling, Tang Yin wake up. "Good morning San Ge" Tang Yin said sensing his brother signature. "Xiao Yin, it's still early morning. You can go back to sleep. Later, we can have breakfast in the dining hall, I will pay Extra. Like father said, we must really get a job after this". 

Tang Yin nodded, thinking about part time jobs he can do to make money. He want to go back sleeping, but he can't. Tang Yin give up and rise early to practice his zither. He started to comprehend the light elements, something that he couldn't do in the last few days. 'Light is gentle and strong. It can heal people and vanish the darkness. It's hot but not as hot and wild like fire. It give support for all living being, and it characteristic is was warm'. Tang Yin  meditated until the sun rises. 

"Xiao Yin, Xiao Yin, wake up. It's time for breakfast" Tang San called. Tang Yin wake up from his meditation and follow Tang San Signature to the dining hall. They both eat breakfast quickly and go to Grandmaster office. "I know you both already have a spirit ring, so I will just give you a cultivation manual, and books about spirit beast and spirit master. We will eventually go to a forest for your second spirit ring. I will also planned your training session, so it will not clash with other activity you have. You will give me your timetables, and other activity so I can draw out your training time with me". they both agree and promised to give it one week from now. Before they leave, Grandmaster give them instruction to register at spirit hall.

Tang San and Tang Yin then went out to town.  They both strolled around, until Tang San found a blacksmithing place. At first, the blacksmith was reluctant giving them a job. Eventually, he accept them after seeing their talent in Disorder Wind Splitting Hammer Method. Tang San can produce 24 hits, while Tang Yin can only produce 18 hits. Both of them than decided to stroll around town after finishing the job. Tang San went to buy ingredients, spices and clothes. Meanwhile, Tang Yin just strolling around familiarizing himself with his surrounding, remembering which building was which. Suddenly, he heard a sound from a park. he decided to go there and find outs that it was a small theater. There was a stage where people can watch performances  and if the audience like it, you can get a high pay. Tang Yin was interested and went into the shop.

"Little girl, can I help you" a male voice was heard. "Uncle I'm a boy and I want to ask uncle if I can perform here?". Tang Yin can sensed the uncle shock, but the uncle allowed him to perform. So, the uncle bring Tang Yin to the backstage and tell him to wear one of the outfit there, and he allowed Tang Yin to wear a mask if he doesn't want to show his identity. Tang Yin chose a plain white robe, and wear a mask. He then go to the stage and take out his zither, mulling over on what to play. He decided to play a song called Never envies that his brother often played. The audience was suprised at first, seeing a 6 years old ki on the stage. But, they quickly amazed by Tang Yin zither and singing voice. After the performance, The uncle gave Tang Yin 82 silver coin, and said that the audience like his performance. Tang Yin was both shocked and happy at the same time, he tell the uncle that he will perform here if he has a chance. The uncle was also happy and promised to give him a share of the profit from his performance.

Tang San and Tang Yin meet at a park they had agreed on. Tang Yin tell Tang San about his performance in the small theater, and wonder if he could visit the theater again with his schedule. "Don't worry Xiao Yin, you can go maybe two times a week. Our blacksmithing job is  five days of working and two days of rest. We can visit in that time" Tang San said, happy seeing his brother find something he like. They twins then register them at spirit hall, and got a gold coin stipend, coupled with their earning from both their jobs they get 2 gold coins, 102 silver, and 50 copper coins. 

they go back to the academy at noon, and went into their dorms. Tang San was puzzled seeing nobody was there, because it was lunch time. Tang San asked a student, and he answers that Xiao Wu has challenged Xiao Chen-Yu, the leader of noble students to a fight. Meanwhile, Tang Yin went to his room, and he see the assignment paper. There was a sign that told him which assignment his dorm mates has choose. He looked at his assignment and finally choose the most difficult one, cleaning the fireplace. He changed into a cleaning robe that was provided by the school. Tang Yin was on his way to the teacher office when he collided with someone. It was Lin Han. "Tang Yin, you're here?". "Why, it's something the matter?". "Yes, working students from dorm seven are challenging the noble students. They're all in the woods in the back mountain now getting ready to fight. I was just about to find you and Tang San". Without explaining more, Lin Han grabbed Tang Yin hand and guide him to the backyard. "Hey wait, I'm still haven't changed yet". Lin Han then notice that, and allowed Tang Yin go back to the dorm and changed into his purple shirt. After that, they rushed to the woods and meet Tang San. The three of them then rushed to the woods together
