"harry potter is dead!" voldemort's laugh was echoed by thousands of followers behind him.

harry potters limp body was dropped to the floor by hagrid. tears swelling in his eyes.

isabel could feel herself tossing and turning yet could not bring herself out of the dream.

her nails dug into her skin, causing her unconscious body to scream in pain.

she was stuck, she wanted to bring herself out but couldn't. all she saw was voldemort, killing harry, over and over again.

"HARRY." her body shot up, a scream roaring from her body, glass shattered in the room, girls squealed as blood dripped from their ears. isabels body fell back into bed. limp.

"we haven't had one like her, since, well since," voices rang through her head, but she couldn't open her eyes to see their faces.

"since he was last back professor." someone spoke quietly.

"do you think this means that he's..."

"no! that's impossible."

her eyes dozed back and forth between opening and closing, she tried her hardest to open them, but her body was weak.

"dumbledore, she's awake." all of the professors eyes turned to her.

"isabel?" dumbledore stepped closer to her, darting his eyes to the many scars that now marked her body.

"is everyone okay?" isabel's voice was rough and weak.

she knew in the past, her mother suffered because of of her night terrors, it brought merediths ears drenched in blood.

"yes, everyone's okay my dear, it's you we are worried about." most of the professors had exited the room.

"my mom told me you could help me, to make them go away." her eyes fell on dumbledore.

"how long has this specific loop been going on?"

"two years now, the same dream, same..people." her mind wandered to harry, her eyes closing in defeat.

she now wasn't witnessing a strangers death, she was now watching her friend die helplessly.

"what people?" dumbledores tone staggered.

"harry potter, and a strange man, with a strange name, something like, voldemort." she didn't know the deep connection with voldemort, she knew nothing of this world until one day ago.

"i see, for now, we're going to keep this between us, you come to my office later, alright?" dumbledore spoke calmly but pure panic had set within him.

she nodded her head softly, looking down at her bandaged body, bruised mercifully.

her vision came in and out, the dreams were getting stronger, she was getting stronger.

"isabel, what happened, are you alright?" three figures made way beside her bed. hermione, ron, and harry. yet a fourth one lurked at the door, cedric.

"does she look alright idiot!" hermione nudged ron, looking down at the girl on the bed.

"i'm okay." she spoke softly, smiling now that she had her friends surrounded.

"if you're not out by dinner, we'll visit before curfew." harry spoke gently, smiling at her before retreating to the door, ron and hermione following.

all three of them giving skeptical looks toward cedric.

"isabel," cedric steadily made his way over, his heart wrenching at the image of her right now.

"hey." she managed a smile, trying to make him feel more comfortable.

"what happened?" he took the seat beside her, gently placing his hand over hers.

"a topic for another night, stay here with me?" her eyes placed at him, her thumb brushing against his hand.

"of course." he nodded his head.

a few moments passed of silence before the door swung open, draco malfoy came plowing through.

"wait until my father hears about this, housing a not only mudblood in the school but a banshee, how corrupt is this school." he spat in isabels direction.

"bloody hell malfoy, get out of here." cedric stood from his chair, walking to the end of her bed and towering over draco.

"you disgust me," draco looked past cedric to isabel, directing his words at her.

"i said get out." cedric found himself growing angrier by the second, his fists clenching and unclenching.

"oooo, an angry hufflepuff, what shall i do?" draco waved his fingers in cedrics face.

cedrics hands met draco's chest pushing him firmly and carelessly watching him stumble back, "don't make me say it again."

"cedric, it's fine." tears had sprung in her eyes at draco's words.

"better listen to the filthy mudblood." draco pulled out his wand, aiming it at cedrics throat before slowly backing up out of the room.

"i'm sorry." isabel found herself apologizing.

"don't apologize, for anything." he shook his head at her, bringing his hand to wipe the tears that fled her cheeks.

she closed her eyes at his touch, sitting there in the warmth of his presence.

her mind was blank, except for the one word, banshee.

cedric had stayed with her throughout the night, holding her and comforting her while hospitalized.

he felt himself growing attached to her, growing to fancy her, growing to want her.

they talked for hours, learning more about each other growing more intrigued with one another.
wanting to know more, wanting to know everything.

he watched her fall asleep, made sure she has safe before dozing off himself.
