Chapter 3! ~Ary's POV~
What am I feeling right now? Anger? Sadness? Happiness? Embarrassment? I need to go to a field. That's how I always deal with my feelings. I jump out of my bed and run to my bags. Please tell me I packed shorts in this bag. Good! I did. I slip on my mesh black shorts an pull on an old football (soccer) shirt. My hair looks like crap. Ponytail it is! Good? Good! I grab my tennis-shoes an run downstairs. I'm greeted by Liam and Louis. "Hey sleepy head where you headed off to?" Li asks. "Take a wild guess" I laugh. Wow! That came off way more happy than I expected. I think Liam and Louis noticed too. They give me a look of what-happened-to-you? I shrug and look at Li. "Down the road about half a mile or so my football is in the garage." He says telling me exactly what I want to know. "I'll grab you a water hold on"he says before dashing into the kitchen. I roll my eyes and look at Louis who is just standing there looking at me puzzled."what up with you?"I ask. His facial expression turns into one of happiness. "Well I have a couple questions to ask you." He says. I laugh and sit down on the steps. "Ask away" I say. He sits down next to me before starting. "First you play football?" He asks. "Yea since I could walk its like my passion" I say adding emphasis to passion. "Awesome maybe we could hit the field together sometime" he says. I shrug. "Maybe you play?" I dart back. " yea it's my passion" Louis says mocking me. I playfully hit his arm and stand up. "To be continued" I say before heading off into the kitchen. "Li no human being should take this long to get an innocent little girl like me a bottle of water" I say as I enter. "Innocent?" Liam questions. "Batman?" I shoot back. All my life I picked on Liam about his obsession with batman. It's really actually quite funny if you ask me. "Fair enough here you go my highness" he laughs handing me a bottle of water. I laugh and sit down at the table to put on my shoes. "So you play football?(soccer)" Zayn asks. I laugh and nod. For some reason I have a feeling that Liam was right. I think I might like it here.
*AT THE FIELD*
I put the put the ball on the ground and think. Will this be the rest of my life? Do the lads really want me here? I take a shot. MISSED! I groan and get the ball. Why did mom and dad desperately want me to stay here? I take another shot. MISSED! I kicked it too hard. I repeat the procedure over and over not making one shot. Finally I give up and lay on the ground to think. What's wrong with me? Why can't I make a shot? Am I not good anymore? Was I ever good? Stop it Ary! What am I thinking? "Ary?" I sit up straight. "What's up?" I look up into the eyes of Niall. "Ugh just thinking" I reply. He sits next to me. "About what?" He continues. "About why I'm here, why my parents insisted on it, why I can't make a single shot." I say not realizing I just met this guy a couple of hours ago. He nods. "I see" he says sounding like a therapist.i laugh and look at him again. "Do you play?" I ask. "Not really I mean I play with the lads when there out here otherwise I don't" he replies. I love his Irish accent. OH! MY! GOSH! In that moment I feel like I belong, like someone cares.
