I was supposedly taking a break from shifting yesterday, (I'm sick) but something REALLY weird happened.
This has been happening for about 2 days, and I NEED AN EXPLINATION!
Whenever I try to take a nap or go to sleep at night, even if I'm not trying to shift, Not listening to subliminals, not repeating affirmations, I STILL HAVE THE SHIFTING SYMPTOMS.
Like WHENEVER I try to lay down, my limbs go numb and I feel vibrations, but when I DO try to shift it doesn't happen.
It's weird because I still haven't shifted yet, but I think I'm getting close asf.
PLEASEE if you know what this means tell me! It's starting to get really distracting and it's keeping me from sleeping! Am I getting close?
I'm probably gonna shift tonight after my lil break, wish me luck!!
