School has been rly testing me lately omg-It's fine I'm here now to update yall 😼

Ok I have trying all week and I know I should take a break but I just can't omg.. anyways I've been getting rly close each time but I'm STILL not there yet unfortunately.

I have tried meditation guides, raven method, alice in wonderland method, heartbeat method, sunni method, stairs method, pillow method, and elevator method.

whew. that was a few.

My head hurts A LOT and it hurts double now cause' I got my braces tightened yesterday, and my sleep schedule is messed up☠️

All my fellow insomniacs know that if you wanna sort out your sleep schedule you gotta pull an all nighter, I did but it's still kinda fucked lol.

yeah sorry this chapter wasn't rly about shifting but I'm taking a little break from it for a couple of days.
