Alone

Chapter 4

" Miss walker" I was pulled out of my thinking. "Yes." " How do you recognise an Alpha wolf from a Beta wolf?" I sighed. " An alpha wolf is larger in size from the beta wolf, but when he is beaten he gets shorter by time."

He nodded in approval. He continued the lesson. The bell rang a few minutes later. " Now for homework I want you guys to see further into werewolf packs and types." Everyone grunted. " as well look into how to mark territory."

I packed my stuff and left for lunch. " Mia you gonna sit with us?" I shaked my head. " I'm going to eat in the yard. They are letting us eat outside now" She nodded and left. I sat on the bleachers.

A girl came up. the girl from this morning." Oi, short short peanut." I stared at her blankly. I gave her a 'what?' face. "Move, that My seat" I snorted. "Its not like you have your name on it." She growled and took my lunch box. " HEY!" She looked into it. she giggled " You still eat peanut butter and jelly?" I was embarrassed. " A PENUT shouldn't eat her comrades." she said slyly " And as well Peanut butter and jelly is sooo middle school" 

I gave her a death glare. " Listen here you over rated barbie doll." I began. her eyes shot up in anger and she threw my lunch box in the garbage. " I don't take a wolfs butt hat you care or if it was 'Soo middle school'. If you want to know what its like. Mae your lunch in the morning.

I grabbed my bag and stormed off. I sat behind the bleachers all the rest of the day and I missed GYM." Tsk Tsk Tsk" I looked around and saw three kids in front of me. I raised an eyebrow. " Will you stop wining" Said the girl as she jumped off the small ledge she was sitting on.

"what?" I said bluntly. " tiger got claws." The girl looked at him " Its supposed to be kitty got claws" He stared at her. " Shasha if you haven't noticed she isn't Aphmau, rather some type of copy or something." I looked at him

" She is definitely not her because Aph has a Purple bow in her hair." He turned to me " Right tiger?" I ignored he nickname and nodded " Mhm I have a black one." Sasha as what she was called looked at my pony tail and nodded in approval.

" Wait how do you know Aph?" the guy chuckled and helped me up. " Little kitty was arguing with the werewolf alpha yesterday" I put my head to the side. " Aaron?" he nodded. " So tiger." He said " what would you like to join the shadow knights?"

I looked at him " as long as you accept this." He raised an eyebrow " Wow your good at this." He nodded lightly " AS long as I don't bully anyone I'm fine." He looked at the group and they nodded and held his hand out and I shook it. 

" You're in kid".

I skipped the rest of class with them and waved goodbye cause I had detention. the leader Gene gave me a small shadow knight badge to wear on my school clothing under my bow. we made plans to meet up that night in the woods. 

I would take the extra extra house key and sneak out. I would walk to the forest edge and pick them up then we go and run around the city spray painting and such. I didnt mind. I made tags of my own around the city.

I was used to it. I sat down next to Aaron and looked at the badge. He tried to sneak at peak at it but I put my bow over it. " What's that?" he asked. " Nothing" and I continued my werewolf homework.

" Why weren't you in class after lunch. I hate to say it but Aphmau was worried for you." I looked at him. " you talked to Aph?" He nodded. " She came up to me after GYM and asked where you were because we were childhood friends" I nodded " I was skipping. 

He nodded and Aph came in. Aarons face turned into a frown." Mia! where were you?!" " Skipping." she shook her head. " I see why you two are friends" she sighed we gave her an identical 'seriously' look.

After detention we walked to  the village Aph lived in and we dropped her off. Her mum waved at me and gave a death glare at Aaron? Mabey she doesn't like guys? I don't know. Me and Aaron walked to his house and I ran to the train station.

I opened the door to our small and heard small sobs. I walked to Ein's room and walked to his bed. His eyes were puff and he had a bruise on his face."E-ein?" He looked up at me " D-dad left" I was shocked.

I hugged him tightly. " Come on Ein" He looked at me " Lets make dinner" He smiled and nodded. We walked to the kitchen and made some pizza. We ate and heard a knock on the door. I opened up and saw Gene?

"Your late" he said a bit pissed. "Sorry" I said as I hung my head. " Sis? Where do i put my plate" a yell from the kitchen was heard. I gave him and the shadow knights a sign to come in. " Our dad isn't home so you'll be ok." they nodded and waited for me in the kitchen. " Imma go get changed. Ein bed before i come back ok?!" A yes was heard from down the hall and I sped down to my room.

wait...Ein was being nice? I shrugged it off. Probably from shock I changed into my famous black jacket and sweat pants and grabbed my spray paints and mask. I walked out and we all left for the city.

I was on look out as they spray painted. I heard sirens and did a motion to get moving. We ran and laughed all the way to the woods and sat there for a few more hours. we went back to my cabin and we all changed for school. Zenix, Gena and Shasha brought the school uniform with them and they changed in out bathroom in turns.

I made some pancakes and we all ate. We left for school and waved to my little brother who went to the train for the private werewolf school. Gene looked at us.

"were gonna skip today?"
