Dila POV

Kuzgun was getting on incredibly well with her friends. Even though she knew social gatherings weren't his thing, she knew he was making a great effort with the people she spent many years with in London for her sake.

The nerves Dila had felt at the beginning had soon disappeared as the night went on, she relaxed and felt at ease with Kuzgun by her side enjoying the night just as much as she was.

She felt a deep happiness to be around her friends again and watching Kuzgun interact with them was something special to her.

When she returned back from the bathroom with Nehir and Aylin, he was laughing and joking with Efe and Demir like they had been friends for years.

She knew when Kuzgun had first seen them both, he didn't know who the two men were and his back was up.

As always with any man that knew Dila, Kuzgun automatically was wary. But there was nothing to worry about with Efe and Demir. They had been together long before Dila had met them, solid as a rock since they were 18 years old. She admired their relationship and the ups and downs they had been through together.

As they approached the table Kuzgun turned round at her presence and gave her a smirk. His hand instantly reached out for her, "Gel, canım"

Dila looked to Efe and Demir who smiled knowingly and gave her a wave as she passed her bag to Nehir to take.

Kuzgun pulled her along through the many people at the reunion and she frowned in confusion, "Nereye gidiyoruz, Kuzgun?" she questioned.

However he suddenly spun her around and pulled her to him, she hit against his chest and his nose bumped her forehead, "We're dancing, Dila'm"

Dila's eyes wandered up to look at him, taken aback by the move he just pulled.

"You want to dance?" she questioned in surprise as his hands slid around her back and clasped together tightly, "Kuzgun you only ever danced at our wedding"

"Weddings"

"Huh?" Dila was already getting entranced by the soft music and the way Kuzgun was holding her to pay attention to what he was saying, his scent filling the air around her and she felt like she was floating.

They fell in step to the music as she moved her hands up his chest and around his strong neck.

"I said, weddings. Plural, canım" he spoke in a hushed tone, the heat of his breath tickling her nose.

Dila pursed her lips together, "Hmm," she murmured, "do you really count the first though?" her brow furrowed.

Kuzgun's tongue darted out over his lips and he smirked. Whenever he brought up their first wedding, she always questioned him about it.

His eyes looked away for a second before coming back to her, "You do this just so you can hear how I felt about you then, değil mi?"

And just like that, he knew what she was doing like all the times before. Dila's lips curled into a teasing smile, "I'd say the lack of telling me then, warrants a lot of telling me now"

Kuzgun sighed heavily and bit his bottom lip, "Tamam, I'll play along" he nodded and pressed her closer to him.

Somehow Dila felt this would only make her weaker in his embrace, but she wanted to hear every word.

He slowly pulled her closer to him, her body pressed against his. He leaned down to her cheek and started to gently place tender kisses along it. He kept going and lost himself in the crook of her neck, his hot breath sending tingles down her spine and goosebumps appeared on her arms.
