Destined to be together- part 8

Mr. Bhalla called Mr Iyer asking him to come over to his place with his entire family. In the mean time Raman went to his room to change.

After hanging up the phone Mr. Iyer asked everyone to move to Bhalla house as Raman wants to talk about something serious. After hearing this Ishita knew what was coming her way. She understood that Raman was going to propose to her in front their entire family members and just the thought of this made her cheeks turn beetroot red. Seeing her turning red Mihika understood what was coming as she was genuinely happy for her akka.

After 30 minutes or so all were seated in the living room of Bhalla house. Mrs. Bhalla and Mrs Iyer were shooting daggers at each other. Romi and Mihika were smirking because they by now knew what was about to happen. Simmi was clueless whereas on the other hand Vandu and Bala were nervous thinking about the reaction of Mrs. Bhalla.

Soon Raman too came down and greeted everyone. And instead of beating around the bush came straight to the point.

Raman: Main gol gol baate nai ghumauga seedhe seedhe bolta hu. Main Ishita se pyar karta hu aur usse shadi karna chahta hu. Ruhi ki custody se pehle jaruri nai hai Custody ke baad bhi kar sakta hu. Before he could complete his sentence Ishita spoke I want to get married before the custody so that it makes it easier for us to win the case I cant allow any random woman claiming my daughter as hers. As soon as she stopped talking she received a call which changed her facial expressions from anger to fear she hanging up the phone she immediately ran out of the house and left in her car

Ishita: Hi ! Main kissi jaruri kaam mein hu thodi time mein call back karti hu anything urgent.. Main aa rahi hu mujhe half an hour lag jayega.

And Ishita rushed out of the house everyone else were calling out her name but nothing reached her ears. Soon she reached the hospital where she meet Geet .

Upon seeing Geet, Ishita rushed to her and enquired about Adi.

Ishita: Geet, Adi kaisa hai?

Geet: Ishu aaram se ab Adi theek hai.

Ishita: usse achank hua kya tha ki seedha hospital le aaye tumlog?

Geet: Aaj football khelte time usse thodi lag gayi and ussi pain ke karan usse fever aagaya tha. Doctor ne painkiller diya hai thodi time mein uska fever utar jayega.

Pain ke karan itna tez fever toh nai aa sakta Ishita thought. So she thought of asking about the same from Adi only.

After 1 hour Adi's fever reduced.  Ishita decided to speak to him.

Ishita: Adi, beta ab aap kaise ho? Apne toh apni mumma ko dara diya tha aapko pata hai main kitna dar gayi thi?

Adi: Mujhe fever hai aur aap mujhe daant rahi ho and made a puppy face.

Ishita: bilkul nautanki. Ekdum apne papa pe gaye ho sirf tum he nai tumhari behen bhi. wo bhi ek number ki nautanki hai. Par iska matlab yeh nai hua ki tum bach gaye. kya hua aisa achank fever kaise aaya ya mujhse milne ka maan tha issi liye yeh sab. Annie  didi masi toh yeh sab nai seekhaya na?

Adi: nai mumma sachi mein main gir gaya tha khelte time. ha par yeh bhi sach hai ke mujhe aapse milna tha aapse baat karni thi aapko kuch batana tha.

Ishita: kya batana tha Adi?

Adi: pehle aap promise karo ki aap pehle meri puri baat sunoge fir kuch bologe! promise?

Ishita: promise.

Adi: aapko help karne ke liye maine aur Ruhi ne ek plan banaya tha taki hum aapke pass jaldi aa sake.

Ishita: Adi beta aap dono ko kuch karne ki zarurat nai hai aapki mumma hai wo bahot smart hai wo aap dono ko jald he apne pass lee ayegi promise.

Adi: Theek hai mumma.

Geet who was standing just outside the door heared their conversation and got confused Adi calling Ishita as his mumma.

Geet entered the room followed by doctor who asked everyone to leave so that the patient can rest.

As soon as Geet and Ishita left the ward Geet  asked Ishita about the conversation she had with Adi as she heard Adi call her(Ishita) as mumma.

Geet: Ishu yeh sab kya hai. Maine sunna Adi tumhe mumma bula raha tha. Par tum toh Raman se pyar karti ho na?

Ishita: Ha toh main Adi ki mumma hu toh wo mujhe mumma he bulayega na!!! Aur ha main Raman se pyar karti hu toh kya hua!!??

Geet: tu Raman se pyar karti hai par Adi tujhe mumma bula raha hai main kuch samjhi nai. Theek se bata tu kehena kya chahti hai.

Ishita: Main Raman se pyar karti hu par wo ek divorcee hai aur uske do bache hai Adi aur Ruhi.

Geet : Ishu tu ek divorcee se pyar karti aisa kaise kar sakti hai pata nai kaisa hoga wo.?

Ishita: Geet!!! Main Raman ke khilaf ek shabd nai sunugi. Wo bahot ache hai mujhse  pyar bhi karte hai.

Geet: Agar acha he hota toh uski biwi usse chid ke kyu jati.

Ishita: Raman ne Shagun ko nai choda tha balki Shagun ne Raman ko dhoka diya tha.
Wo paiso ke khatir apne pati aur 1saal ki beti ko chod ke chali  gayi thi.

Geet: ....

Ishita: ab aur kuch jana tumhe mere Raman ke bare mein ya main andar ja sakti hu apne bete ke pass.

Geet: Agar wo apne bete se itna pyar karta hai toh usse milne kyu nai aata tha hostel mein. Adi kyu apni chutiya hostel meon bitata tha?

Ishita: kyuki uske pass visitation rights nahi the.Par iska matlab yeh nai hai ki wo Adi se pyar nai karte.

Till then doctor calls them to his cabin.

Ishita: Kya hua doctor sab theek toh hai na

Doctor: Ha sab theek hai bus yeh dhayan rakiyega ki wo apni legs par kuch din zor na de.

Ishita: Ok doctor. thank you. Hum Adi ko ghar kab leja sakte hai.?

Doctor: Kal subh hum usse discharge kar dege. Aaj raat usse yahi rehena padega. Hum usse monitor karege.

Ishita: Ok doctor. Thank you.
