(heads up this chapter will be mostly fluff. i have writer's block..;-;)
Major held me stroking my head or sometimes tracing pictures on my back, "Y/n you need to feed." I shook my head "So do you-" Majors eyes were warmer, Jasper warm, I paused for a moment before slowly asking "Jasper?" He nodded slightly, almost shamefully. "I'm so sorry Y/n." he whispers "I-I could've killed you!" I could hear guilt and hysterics rising in his voice. Without thinking about it I grabbed both sides of his face, made him look at me, and kissed his forehead, "it's alright Jasper."I said quietly. Jasper immediately stopped talking, he just looked at me then cupped my face, gently caressing my cheeks "Y/n, I have to tell you something" oh, lord those the scariest words to hear. I thought as I tried to think about what I'd be.
"I think I love you Y/n," he whispered
Nothing could've prepared me for those six, simple, words "What?" I whispered with wide eyes. Jasper looked at me with an absolutely smothering look, making it hard to breathe, "I-I love you." he said this time lightly tracing my jawline with the pad of his thumb, I could've said I love you too. or you do? but no what came out of my mouth was a shocked "Why?" Jasper's eyes filled with confusion, "why not?" he counters, I could taste his cool breath on my tongue. He pulled me closer and lowered his face so that it was closer to mine, I tilted my face up wanting to feel his cool lips on mine. Jasper's eyes held an impish glint,
"Y/n, may I kiss you?" he asked voice barely above a whisper
I nodded slowly, hesitantly 'if you do this there no going back 'a small voice in my head said. Jasper's hands cupped my face as his lips grazed mine, a butterfly kiss. Suddenly everything around me was gone replaced by what I felt for him, the air I breathed, The ground below me, everything. His lips were moving hungrily on mine like he'd been waiting to do this, He pulled me closer, deepening the kiss, I buried my hands in his golden locks, pulling him closer until there wasn't a millimeter of space between us. Jasper pulled away slowly and rested his forehead on mine still holding me close. "I promise" he whispers, I look at him in confusion "hmm?" he looks into my eyes "I promise that I'll protect you" my eyes widen "I promise that I'll be here for you for the rest of my never-ending life" I looked deep into his eyes "I promise to be there for you as much as you'll be there for me," I say softly looking down. Jasper laughed a sad, happy laugh
"I love you Y/n," he says again
I smiled then paused before saying "I...I love- I love you too, Jasper" Despite the happy moment, Horror rose up in me 'this is dangerous for the both of us.' I think frowning. once again the cruel voice pipes in saying 'you're no good for him Y/n, you will always be the monster Maria made you...'
I'm sorry all of you had to wait so long for this new chapter! I'm going through a spell of writers' block
