- Circe has small wings which help force gust of wind towards her targets, depending on how she positions her arms depends on how the wind is projected.
Hero Name: Twister
Backstory: Circe Ryuk is a graduate from UA but grew up in Fukuoka where she was childhood best friends with Keigo Takami AKA Hawks Circe worked in the US for about a year or so before eventually returning to Fukuoka. Circe had been in a previous relationship with Tomura Shigaraki which held her as a risk leading her to become a smaller hero as she worked to reclaim her image through Hawks' agency.
Appearance: Long black and white hair with bangs and her wings are a light grey with white highlights. Her eyes are a dark brown but when the sunlight hits them just right they hold a honey color within them.
