I'd never been the type to stay out late, get drunk and just be a tiny bit wild.
I was the good girl of my form. I stayed in, did my homework, not always on time but I tired. I hardly ever got into trouble and I couldn't be bothered with one thing.
Relationships. I had a few close friends, who had boyfriends. They were the girly ones. I was just the typical girl. The type you saw on Glee. I could never be bothered with boys and that sort of stuff.
I didn't see the point in being with someone if all it did was get you stressed out. What mostly happened in relationships was just arguing anyway. Pointless.
But I had a feeling two boys would be changing that very soon.

"Hey Beth!" Lizzie shouted, running over to me and throwing herself onto me.
"Jesus!" I gasped as she hugged me tightly.
"Sorry, I haven't seen you all summer." Lizzie laughed as she loosened her grip around me.
I smiled and patted the top of her head, as I always did to annoy her.
"Get off." she mumbled, whacking my hand away.
"How's Jay then?" I smirked, nudging her lightly with my elbow.
"Ask him yourself, he's behind you." Lizzie giggled, nodding her head towards him. I turned around and smiled as I was greeted by the curly haired, blue eyed boy.
"Hey McGuiness." I chuckled as I hugged him.
"Hey sexy." Jay smirked as he picked me up.
You might find this a bit weird, Jay's with my best mate and he calls me sexy?
I've known Jay since we were 3, so we've grown up together, so Lizzie was used to us being a bit more than friendly around her. It didn't bother her anymore.
"Come on, we have to go assembly." Jay smiled, before taking Lizzie's hand.
I smiled as I followed them and we walked into assembly hall.
Girls on the left side, boys on the right. How pathetic. What did they think we were gonna do?
Start fucking in the middle of the headmaster talking?
No, I didn't think so. Me and Lizzie both sat on chairs at the back and instantly turned quiet when we saw the headmaster walk onto the stage at the front of the hall.
"Welcome back students, I hope you all had a good summer." Mr. Cole said, followed by a small smile.
Mr.Cole was a typical headmaster.
Glasses, suit and grey hair.
"It would of been better if it was longer." I muttered under my breath. Lizzie smirked and nodded.
"I would like to start by introducing a new addition to the teaching staff." Mr. Cole carried on.
"Let's hope whoever it is, they replace the bloody awful supply we had for 3 weeks in Science." Lizzie groaned.
I smiled at her, before turning back to the front.
"Mr.Sykes will now be replacing Miss Quinn in the English department and will be taking 11S as his form." Mr.Cole told everyone.
Me and Lizzie exchanged a glance and smirked at each other.
We both had a strong dislike for Miss Quinn, but that didn't matter anymore.
"We're in luck." Lizzie chuckled, nudging me lightly in the ribs.
I smirked again and turned to the front, once again to find Mr.Cole joined by another man in a suit.
"That can't be him? He looks to young to be a teacher?" Lizzie whispered to me. I shrugged my shoulders and kept my eyes on the new addition to the school.
He was an average height, had light brown hair that had been spiked up slightly and from the distance I was sat at, it looked like he had green eyes.
Mr.Cole continued talking about how Year 11 should put their best efforts into this year, and how we should set an example for the younger years. I wasn't even paying attention. I kept my eyes on the teacher, who was now stood by the wall, leaning against it.
I dragged my eyes away from him and looked down at my hands. I needed to stop staring.
What the hell was I even doing?
"Beth, come on." Lizzie said, pulling my arm lightly. I smiled slightly and stood up before walking outside.
"What lesson have you got first?" Lizzie asked, as she smiled at Jay.
"English, with Mr.Sykes." I muttered.
"Come on then." Lizzie said, pulling on my arm again.
We walked into the room and sat in our normal seats, with Jay sat in front of us with Siva. "Alright Seev?" I asked, kicking the back of his chair lightly.
"I was." Siva chuckled, turning to face me.
"You look a bit pale Beth." he said, frowning slightly.
"I'm fine." I smiled faintly as Mr.Sykes walked into the room.
I watched him carefully as he sat on the edge of his desk, which was at the front of the class.
"Stop staring at him." Lizzie hissed, whacking my arm lightly.
"I'm not?" I frowned, looking at her.
"Im looking at you aren't I?" I asked, though I didn't want an answer.
I sighed, before getting my stuff out of my bag.
"Right class, I know you studied Romeo and Juliet last term, and we'll be carrying on with that now." Mr.Sykes told us.
"Yay." Lizzie mumbled, sarcastically.
I smiled slightly to myself. I loved Romeo and Juliet. So I was happy that I was still learning about that.
"But, we'll be acting it out instead of just reading the play." Mr.Sykes smiled, before standing up with an armful of books. He went around each table, placing one on each.
"You'll be put into pairs and will start practising today." He told us as he walked back to the front of the class.
"Lizzie, you'll be with Jay." Mr.Sykes began, scanning his eyes over a piece of paper.
"Siva, you and Chloe will be together."
He continued going through a list of everyone in the class, leaving me to last.
"Beth." Mr.Sykes said, looking up from the piece of paper. I jumped slightly as he said my name and smiled slightly at him.
"Yes sir?" I mumbled.
"There's an odd number in the class, so you'll have to practice with me in class and do your own lines at home. Is that alright?" He asked.
I tired to hide my smile that wanted to form on my face and nodded.
"That's fine Sir." I smiled.
That's more than fine actually.
