NATHAN'S P.O.V
***
The trip went quickly, and me and Beth both kept a distance from each other. 3 days without holding her or telling her I love her. It was harder than I thought it would be.
I don't know who came up with the idea of making us go into school just for one day, and especially if it's a Friday.
It was pointless really. I glanced at the door when it opened, knowing it would be Beth. Who else actually wants to get into school earlier?
"Hey." I smiled slightly, as a warm feeling came to my chest.
I watched Beth as she sat on the edge of my desk and turned to face me. I stood up and walked over to her, so I was in front of her.
"I've missed you." she mumbled quietly. I nodded and held her hands in mine.
"I've missed you too." I admitted, making her look at me before pushing my lips against hers.
"Nathan, not here." Beth muttered as she pulled away.
I sighed heavily and moved away from her.
"Is this what it's going to be like all the time then?" I asked.
Beth shrugged, followed by a blank expression on her face.
"Look, I've been away from you for 3 days, I've barely said a word to you and you go mad when I try and kiss you."
"Because the person that might have seen us could go here. It could have been a student, or a teacher." she said, starting to panic again.
"No one else is in the room, just let me do this okay?" I asked, though I wasn't looking for an answer.
Beth nodded slightly, and I made her look at me again before pushing her back on my desk slightly and pressing my lips against hers. I'd waited days to feel her lips against mine, and I'd finally got them where I wanted them, so I was happy.
Beth's hands went around the back of my neck, and pulled me closer to her as I wrapped her legs around my waist.
"I love you." I mumbled against her lips.
Beth's face turned bright red and I chuckled quietly.
"I love you too." she smiled.
I watched her as she stood up off the desk and I grabbed her hand.
"You know, you have parents evening tonight." I told her.
A worried expression spread across Beth's face. She knew what I was thinking.
"You can't hurt David if he comes." she told me.
I ignored her, and turned my back to her.
Why shouldn't I hurt him? He tried to beat Beth up, and she was still hurting from it.
"Nathan, promise me you won't hurt him!" Beth said, raising her voice.
"I promise." I sighed as I pulled her close to me.
Beth nuzzled into my chest as I wrapped my arms around her waist.
I planted my lips on her forehead and sighed.
Beth knew that I always kept my promises...
But not this time.

After a day of trying to teach, parents evening was finally here. Yaaaaay.
I watched as Lizzie and Jay set the chair's and tables out, before looking at my list of people and their parents.
