"Woah." I saw a... humanoid cat with two tails. The cat seems to be female (Duh), and she's wearing a, what do you called that again? Oh yeah! A 18th or 17th century clothing. 

"Who are you, mister?" 'The humanoid cat' asked me, and apparently... I'm not fazed by it and I don't know why. 

I answer the question. "The name's Jack." Not gonna bother giving her my last name because I'm lazy. 'Yeah right.' Shut up, pink rotating fridge.

"So Jack... you're not supposed to be here!" What. "Uhmm... why?" I asked. "Because Ran-sama said this place where no humans can enter!" Uhuh. Also, who is this 'Ran' person? "Yes, yes. Can you stop shouting, it's hurting my ear."

"No! You're a youkai, aren't you?!" What's that word? Is it food? Is it something that I should know about. "So..." I don't know her name. "It's Chen. Chen Yakumo, intruder." Since when did I become a intruder? "So Chen, what's a youkai?" After I said that, Chen's face went pale and her eyes became wide as the sun. "Y-you don't know what a youkai is?" She stuttered, and also, her two tails were wiggling... menacingly. "No, I don't." Short answer is always the best.

"Then..." She did a thinking pose, with her right hand on her chin. "What are you?" I'm a human. "I'm a human." I voiced my thoughts to her. "That can't be! Then how did you get here in Mayohiga?!" She shouted, again. "Look, I don't know how I got here." I hope this is enough to calm her down.

"You're lying! If you won't tell me the truth then..." Oh no. We're going to fight, aren't we? "I'll just have to beat you up and make you tell the truth." ...Why is everyone is hostile to me? 

Chen suddenly vanished in front of me. "What th-" FWOOSH! I quickly ducked the attacked and jumped to the side. Apparently, Chen swung her claws at me. "Hey, that seems dangerous." She glared at me. "That's the point, baka!" Then she resumed her barrage of attacks against me. FWOOSH! FWISH! FWUSH! FWOO-FWOOSH! FWISH! Then I messed up my dodging, man, my dodging skills are... so-so. "Stop moving!" Hmm... how about... "No." I deny her. "Then... then I'll make you stop moving forever!" Damn, never knew cat girls are... (Looks at you, readers)... feisty.

[A/N: I JUST HAD TO DO IT.]

FWOOSH! KRIKST! Ouch! Her claws wounded me in my shoulder. "Got you!" Well... time to fight back I guess. "Alright, I'm going to attack you now." I prepare my partner in crime, or PIC. "What are you going to do huh?" Sassy... and I don't like it. "PRF!" My PIC appeared behind me... menacingly glaring at Chen. "W-w-what's t-that?" Oh, you're scared now? That's what you get for attacking me. "Here's Johnny!" Had to make that reference, you know. "GHAAA!!!" Chen instantly ran away, but I didn't let her, instead, PFR, or pink rotating fridge, blocked her escape route. "G-get out of the way!" How about... no, Chen. "Attack her!" I command PFR. "N-no!" Chen screamed.

Then the attack... never came. 

"W-what?" Chen is this close to crying. Wow, I bullied a kid... and I don't care at all. "So..." I walked over to her. "You're not going to attack me, right?" Man, I must be scary because I'm looming over her, and PRF isn't helping either with the situation. "I-I-waaaaahhhh!!!" Woah, that wail must have reached the edge of the village. "Geez, calm down already." I try to calm her down, but to no avail.

"I'm telling Ran-sama!" Then suddenly, a smoke appeared and dominated me peripheral vision. "Oh come on!" After a few seconds, the smoke disperse, and Chen was already gone and probably about to tell this Ran person on what happened here. "Well, that happened." I scratched the back of my head. 

I'm tired... I'm going to sleep. 

Then I slept.

'We know, Jack.'

"Shut up, PRF." 

Then I really go to sleep this time.

"*Yawn* Morning world." What a great day. The sun is shining, the waters are flowing, on mornings like this, people like me... should have great day. I jumped out of my bed, which isn't mine at all because I was borrowing it.

I head down stairs and exit the building... only to find Chen and... this person who has nine tails on her back. "Uhm... hello?" And also, Chen is still crying on what happened yesterday. "Who are you and what did you do to Chen?" She said, with cold tone on her voice... ouch. "The name's Jack Clangton, and I didn't do anything to Chen." I said, probably true. 

"He's lying, Ran-sama! He tried to kill me!" Woah, kid. At least I'm not a serial murderer who has a hand fetish. "For the record, she attacked me first." Yeah. "No I didn't! Ran-sama, punish him already!" I hear Ran sighed. "I give you a chance to explain yourself, and if your explanation is invalid..." Suddenly, the atmosphere became... menacing. "I'll send you to the shadow realm." Oh no, not the shadow realm, whatever that is. 

Okay, Jack, think of a excuse. 

"Okay, I'll tell you what happened. It all started when..."
