Jeremy's Riddle

[Mike's POV]

"Hey hey hey!!" I heard Jeremy call "MIKE WAKE UP"

"I AM AWAKE YOU DORK" I screamed

He lowered himself with a painful expression, but smiled when I chuckled silently. He threw me a crumpled piece of paper, and left the room giggling. I opened it, and read what was inside.

I have one thing for you to remember

Love me till the day I die

Only you can be my sky

Varieties of smiles we shared

Electrifying me with your kisses, I was forced to bear

Your the green stem that kept my flower petals up high

Or you can be tears I cry when you say 'Good bye'

Underneath all of that you still love me, because to you I am your sweetest berry

I smiled, and looked around the pizzaria. There was a path of rose petals that were left behind, I followed them all the way through the empty streets. Under the moon light, I saw Jeremy sitting down by a bridge. I smiled running closer to him, and saw a bit of red on his cheeks. My smile faded...

"JEREMY" I screamed crying "Please... Don't be.."

He was panting more then ever, he held an envelope in his hand. He handed it to me shaking like a snowflake, and the next thing I knew.. He's gone, his smile was left on his face as the rain started pouring down like a coursing river.

"Jeremy please.." I cried "Please don't"

I opened the envelope pulling out the paper, it was another poem?.. No it was a letter, and it was written in red. Had scribbled on pictures all over it.

Read the first letters of the previous poem,

Mike please go to where we met on accident

And looked into the middle of the fountain

The least I could do was go to the park where we met.. We met in the pizzaria sure, but we didn't get to talk as much because of the fact it was Friday already. I ran never stopping, my heart was beating as the tears ran down my cheeks. I clenched the note in my hand as I ran to the park, empty as usual.. The fountain, the fountain in the middle was always hollow. I walked slowly panting with tears running down my eyes as I looked into the middle.. The fountain was made of glass, and held.. A heart with a note on it..

"I thought it'd be nice, to keep my heart where we first fell in love"

I pulled out the note reciting it again, and looking at the letters.. I..L..O..V..E..Y..O..U..

"I love you.." I mumbled "Jeremy.. I never fell in love with you here.. I FELL IN LOVE WITH YOU SINCE WE MET"

 I felt the rain pouring down against me as I screamed into the sky with agony, I saw the lightning strike around me. I didn't care, Jeremy's gone.. I'm alone, and I'm going to be alone.

"JEREMY.." I screamed "YOU IDIOT!!"
