Mid day rose quickly while I continued to browse my wardrobe to find some clothes appropriate for a first meeting with the boss of a large and rich company. I stared at myself in the mirror, wearing a red skirt and a classic white shirt tucked in, I would put a tie on but I don't own one because I've never had to dress so formally for a job interview.

I heard the smash of something in my kitchen and sighed, letting my hair down as I walked towards the noise to see Seokjin on the floor desperately trying to hide the fact he had smashed a jar of peanut butter. "Uhhh it was yoongi." I look towards the livingroom expecting to see my other two friends acting like Seokjin who had broken into my house, but nope no one there, and the glance away just gave Seokjin the chance to hide. The only idea he had was to hide behind the fridge door. I sighed staring at the squished man and started cleaning the mess. He was nervous about offering to help because of my furrowed and stressed eyebrows and my aggressive movements. I cleaned it and lead him to my bedroom.

"Would I look better in this." I pointed into the mirror at my skirt and the shoes I had picked out too, "or this" I then lifted out a blazer to put over the top and a bandanna to tie around the neck to look at little more professional like a tie. He shook his head. "Leave it as you are and it's perfect." He span me around and smiled. I grinned back politely and picked up my purse.

"I need to be there in an hour so I should probably go out to town nearby and just calm myself with the sounds of the city." I suggested to myself and Seokjin shook his head, "you hate the city."
"I know." I replied with a sigh sitting on my bed with my head in my hands. Seokjin sighed too sitting next to me.

"My boss is kind of.. different to others." He smiled and that sparked curiosity in my mind which was physically evident when I turned my face away from my hands and stared into his eyes. "Sometimes it's like he's a completely different person." Seokjin said trying to make the conversation creepy to spook me to ease my nerves playfully, "yeah like a demon or.. what's the word.." he added and something sparked in my mind, "Jekyll and Hyde?" Seokjin nodded and clapped his hands at the finish of his sentence being completed. "Yes! One minutes hes a happy Jekyll and the next he's a completely different person like mr Hyde!" He said excitedly which made me smile properly for the first time today.

"What is he like though..? Normally?" I asked and Seokjin smiled and eased up about the conversation really quickly, "he's hilarious, he's a massive goofball. Though I don't know what he's like in a formal interview since I never had one, he's a nice person!" He said happily,
"And how about mr Hyde?"
"Uh well about that.. he usually takes himself away from people when he has that blank expression but from what I've heard from fired colleagues, he's a little sharp. And he's all bite no bark.."
"I've only heard the opposite of that statement.. that must be scary." Seokjin laughed at my concern and nodded, "probably.. oh the time!" We both stared over at my alarm clock and stood in unison and ran towards the door.

If we didn't leave now we would be late.

We both ran towards Seokjins car and panicked because we couldn't open the door and we both mumbled swears as Seokjin rummaged his pocket for his keys. But all the panic was released and tension left from my muscles and we sighed sitting in the car. Then the rush started again and Seokjin rummaged with the keys and finally got the car to start.

Once we arrived at the offices I realised finally what I had gotten myself into. I gulped staring up at the tall building as the top disappeared into the clouds. Seokjin was nervous for me and I noticed the lump in his throat he was coughing up for confidence. I walked into the office and a receptionist greeted me professionally and Seokjin too, and they both lead me up to the top floor where the interview was to be held.

The halls were decorated in white with traditional and old fashioned lampshades hung off of the wall that creeped out almost like claws gripping desperately onto light. I stared at the comforting grey carpet as I was lead to an elevator. The receptionist slid the greatly designed cage of the elevator to the side. "You see we have modern things. The boss just prefers a vintage look." Seokjin nodded and the receptionist hummed and pressed the button to take us all the way up.

Once we arrived we were in a long hallway. It wasn't dark as I expected it would be in such vintage circumstances. There were led lights rather than tour simple and basic light bulb, though the vintage really stuck. The hallway floor was made of black marble tiles with a green carpet leading down to a door at the end of the hall. I walked slowly down it, Seokjin and the receptionist leaving me to walk alone, wishing me luck but staying a fair distance from the hall which frightened me slightly.

My hand reached up to knock the door but I froze my breathing stopped and I stared at the small door sign which was labelled 'the boss'. I blinked and stared towards the floor my hand finally making it's first movement. The bang on the door almost made me flinch at my own fear and noise. But as soon as the second knock sounded the door was opened from the inside.
