I remember when I was claimed. For some reason everyone was in a bad mood. It was my first day there and I had luckily gotten claimed. I remember I was talking to some kid named Leo Valdez.
"So, who do you think you're the daughter of?" he had asked.
"Umm, I like water and am great at archery and battle. Uhhh, also a lot of people say I'm good at singing and I love battle," I replied.
"Well, I sense Apollo, Poseidon, and Athena, or being one of the hunters of Artemis," Leo said, "Unless-" he started, but stopped and just started at me.
"What?" I asked him,"What is it?"
"You've been claimed."
I looked up and saw two symbols.
Everyone started to bow.
"All hail DJ, daughter of Poseidon and Athena. Goddess of weapons and battle."
