It was a week and Jeongmin hasn't woken yet, but the doctors said that it could be any time which was good news.

They informed me of the possible conditions he could be in when he woke up, amnesia and paralysis.

Ilayda wasn't able to spend nights with me at the hospital so I was usually left alone there.

As the week went by though he was healing, they changed his bandages and he didn't have cuts anymore, his ribs had healed, everything basically healed it was just waiting now.

"Would you like something to eat Mrs Lee?" A nurse offered,

"Huh?" I asked I didn't exactly hear her

She repeated what she said,

"Oh aniyo I'm not Mrs Lee" I said awkwardly,

"Oh Mianhae, I just assumed with your ring" she said, i just nodded understandingly as she walked out the room, I looked at my ring and smiled

When he wakes up we will still have this future together and knowing that made me beyond happy.

3rd pov

Jaeseul waited on her same chair just playing with the small charms on her bracelet. It was a gift from Jeongmin on her birthday. It was around 5am, she didn't really sleep anymore, and when she did they were small naps that lasted about 20 minutes at the most.

Eventually she had walked out of the room to use the bathroom, down the hall jenny had slipped in.

She wanted to see how Jeongmin was doing even though she knew if he was awake she would not be wanted and regardless of her and Jaeseul's confrontation the week before.

She frowned at his pale body, and seeing him with all these air pipes and wires still made her hurt.

She looked out the window to see if JaeSeul was coming back she wasnt.

When she turned back to the boy she saw his fingers move, she quickly ran to him and held his hands.

"Oppa!" She cried out to him, his eyes blinked open. He blinked several times to adjust to the lighting,

He looked up at the hopeful girl.

"Who, who are you?" He asked confused

She thought for a moment, she could be anyone, if he didn't know who she was he had amnesia and she could play any role she wanted and not even have to be at the acting level Jaeseul was at.

"Your jagiya" she said while squeezing his hand.

JaeSeul was walking down the hall. Her thoughts lingered. When was her boyfriend going to wake up? When would they actually have the wedding of her dreams? Or what would she do to help him when he does wake up.

Then she thought about how to approach him when he did.

The first thing she wanted to do was apologize for everything she was the reason he was in there, all she had to do was keep her jealousy in and stay quiet, but she didn't.

She walked into the room and saw Jenny along with Jeongmin who was now awake. She didn't even have time to deal with Jenny, her beloved boyfriend was awake

"Jeongmin! Oh my god" she went up to him and gave him the biggest hug. He looked at jenny.

"Jagiya, why is this girl hugging me?" He asked as he slightly pushed her away, JaeSeul's heart sunk.

She stepped back and looked at Jenny.

"What did you tell him?" JaeSeul's voice was cold and sharp. Jenny only crossed her arms and smirked.

"What do you mean? I told him the truth" she said, this couldn't be happening JaeSeul thought.

This is her worse nightmare and it was coming true. Jeongmin has forgotten her and probably every memory they ever made. He had amnesia and she now knew it too.

She gave up on talking to Jenny and turned back to Jeongmin

"Oppa, Jeongmin jebal listen to me. Arraso? I'm your girlfriend, not her." She told him as sweetly as she could, the boy looked at her sadly and confused

"Wait but" he started until Jenny cut him off, she was worried. This might be her only chance to get him back. And if Jaeseul kept talking he might just remember her.

"Aniyo, I'm your jagiya. I was here when you woke up, I was always here. Where were you JaeSeul? If he was your boyfriend shouldn't you have been here?" JaeSeul's face was heating up and her eyes were beginning to water.

"Oh wait, but he's not your boyfriend. Because he was mine. So stop with your obsession over him. He is mine arraso? You should leave us. I need to help him regain his memory." She said as she opened the door,

This wasn't happening. "Jenny jebal. Just stop. Don't do this" she begged

"I think you should leave, you're making this uncomfortable for me" Jeongmin spoke up. That was the end for JaeSeul. Her heart was officially crushed.

She walked closer to the door on the verge of tears.

"Just let them know he's awake" she whispered to Jenny keeping her head down and walking out the door.

She got into her car trying not to cry, if she cried now the tears would blur her vision and she can't let herself in the hospital too.

Jenny has no idea what she's doing. Jeongmin had amnesia he needs to remember everything, his hyungs, his sister, his music. And most importantly the real girl he fell in love with.

Jaeseul's pov

I got home and my eyes were watering but I tried hard to bring them back in.

My face was just still, I was in shock. He was awake. He pulled through. But he didn't remember me.

"JaeSeul? What are you doing home? Why aren't you with Jeongmin?" My brother asked me as I slowly walked through the door

My face instead of being numb I was frowning now

"Oppa," I managed to squeeze out, my eyes watered up again letting one drop of water escape.

"Oh no, JaeSeul," he came to give me a hug

"What happened? I thought he was healing?" I just didn't say anything.

"Kenchannayo, we'll get through it together, He's in a better place now" he said stroking my hair, my eyes almost popped out of my head.

I pushed him off of me
"ANIYO!" I yelled he looked taken aback

"Then what are you crying for?" He said pulling away from the hug, I got emotional again

"Jeongmin doesn't remember me" I said sitting on the couch

"That's not so bad, we'll jog his memory" he reassured sitting next to me

I cradled my head in my arms, I ran my fingers through my hair to push my bangs back,

"Ani, he thinks I'm just obsessed with him, Jenny, she was there, and when I left for one second to use the bathroom she was there when he woke up, she said she was his girlfriend, and he believed it" I said crying into my hands, my brother frowned

"Everything will me okay, her lie can only get her so far. Jeongmin will have to remember you, his hyungs, his sister. I'm a psychiatrist remember? All Donghyun has to do is make sure Jeongmin sees him and he'll advise him to come see me," he said as he sat next to me and rubbed my back for comfort.

"I guess you're right" I sniffled and rubbed my runny nose with my sleeve.

"I'll make a call to Donghyun right now" I nodded and just walked back to my room.
