New World, New Beginnings Chapter 1

A girl runs in a violent storm, while holding the skirt of her blue dress. She breaths heavily, tears streaming down her cheeks as she yells out,"Please!! Please don't let me be too late!!" Her shoulder length brown hair quickly becoming drenched from the rain. She makes it to the chapel, in which resides in the middle of Torak, which is in the Vornar district, the Jameson's Territory.  She falls up against the door, screaming as she begins to try pushing the door open, just after hearing a loud bang.

While within the chapel, a boy holds his head down, as cries while holding his best friend. "Nat-Senpai!" A girl, with long pink hair and shimmering blue eyes, falls down to her knees. "My lady..." A girl, with blue hair and bright blue eyes, falls down next to the other girl, holding her tight.

"We have to do something, there has to be a way out!" A female, with tan skin and brown eyes, turn quickly to the others. Her brown hair swaying along to the nonexistent wind. She holds her staff tightly. She glances over to two other girls. One of the girls, wearing her long blonde hair up in braids, as well she wears a long gown. The other, has her medium length pink hair up in pigtails. She also wears a black gown. The two girls nod back at the other.

"U-um guys...?" A fearful voice quivers from the other side of the room. A girl, her blonde bangs covering her eyes, begins to fade away. "Wh-What the..." the girl next to her, looks at her in shock, just before she fades as well. Another girl, who happens to have long blonde hair and blue eyes, holds on tight to a boy with black hair. They, too, fade away. This continues until the sound of three staffs clattering to the ground. Leaving two boys, left unfaded.

"Take my glasses..." the boy says, looking up to his friend. Knowing, that this was his end in this world,"return these to me, when we meet again, Taylor.." the other boy, named Taylor, places his hand on the other boy's glasses. Nodding, he simply said,"of course, Nat...of course" tears fell down his cheeks, just before he faded, with Nat's glasses in hand. Not long after, Nat faded as well.

Just then, the chapel doors swing open. The girl, now fully drenched, falls inside,"Nat!!" She glances around the empty chapel. She quickly turns around,"Scarlett...everyone...they're gone" she shakes, holding back more tears. A female, looking like she is in her early 20s, steps forward. She wears a sailor suit, which has a pink skirt. Behind her, the other guardians stand. She holds her head down,"Artemis, Shadow, Cassidy, Max, Joji, and myself all apologize for not protecting the young master and young lady," she goes down on one knee, followed by the others,"please forgive us, your majesty" she looks up at the now known princess. The girl nods, then turns around,"Scarlett I do-" she gets cut off by the sounds of their staffs clattering to the ground. She quickly turns around,"n-no!"

She steps back, ending up running into a man. He grabs her by the shoulders, chuckling,"it seems as if..I have won, isn't that correct, Kenna, my daughter.." he spoke with a strong accent, causing Kenna to gulp. She turned to face her father. "Father...you killed my brother..and my sister! I will never forgive you!" She yells, voice full of pure anger. Her father, chuckles again,"Would you care to join them..?"

With out hesitation, Kenna takes out her grimoire,"Elijah Jameson...I hear by banish you to the prison dimension." With a quick purple glow in her eyes, there is a white flash. In the girls hand, she holds a card, which has Elijah on it. He smiles, then everything fades. Kenna walks away,"time to contact my uncle..." she says before everything fades off completely.

Moments later, in the human world, a girl sits up quickly in bed. She holds the front of her shirt tight, try to catch her breath. Her long gold blonde hair falls in front of her face. Her brown eyes, widened with horror. Her voice quivering as she speaks,"Wh-what was that dream..j-just now?"

Now back in Valkeraine, a man sits in his chair. Looking fancy, as he wears a suit. The sound of heels echoes through the halls, just before he can hear the sound enter the room,"You have news for me, Cathy?" He asked, with his accent. The girl, known as Cathy, smiles with a giggle. Her blue eyes full of insanity. Her dirty blonde hair falling to her chin. Nodding,"Yes, Uncle Elijah," she closes her eyes slightly, with a slight tilt of her head,"The angel has returned..."

((So everyone! I've been gone for so long, sorry, school and parents got in the way. But, since I'm back, I thought "hey why not start my NatVerse (pronounces Nat Vérsay) series." And that's what I did. Let me know in the comment section what you think. Later on, you'll get to know the characters, and such. But just a quick note, pay attention to ever detail. A lot of things will be important later on in the story (or stories). Also, the Secrets Community and League of Heroes and Dear Diary are all canon with in the NatVerse story line. And those character may make subtle or even big appearances in this story. Well, maybe tomorrow I'll have the next chapter posted. I have to get going now! See y'all later!))
