Playing with a Hufflepuff's Heart :): Cedric & Draco Love Triangle

I step out of the car just to be amazed at the castle ahead of me, it looked like something out of a movie. "My old school looked nothing like this" she thought as she grabbed her bag out of the car and headed towards it. 

"Hopefully we didn't miss the sorting ceremony" Hagrid says heading towards the castle. They were about to head through a pair of heavy wooden door when somebody just walked through them from the other side. 

"Ahh, Professor McGonagall, just the women we were lookin for" Hagrid says relieved. 

"Hagrid, and do what I owe the pleasure?" "Well you see, we have a new transferred student and we need to get her sorted into a house, although I'm almost certain she will e a Hufflepuff seeming as she is a Hamilton."

Maddison's cheeks start to burn red of embarrassment. "Wow, I wasn't expecting a Hamilton to come here again, what a pleasant surprise" The lady says as she leads you to her office.

Her office is dark, which makes sense because it is night time. You watch the lady pick up a hat which seems to have a face on it. "That's weird" I thought.

All of a sudden the hat makes a gasping sound as though it had just been woken up from sleep. It starts mumbling words which I couldn't understand, but then I managed to hear it say "Ahh, a new student I see" 

Professor McGonagall places the hat on top of my head, I was very scared. What if the hat didn't put me in Hufflepuff, what would my parents think about me?

"Hmmm, I can tell that she is a very intelligent and beautiful girl. She will stand up for herself though. She would fit in well with the Ravenclaws, but it sure would be funny if she was a Slytherine. I KNOW.......    HUFFLEPUFF" That hat shouts

I sigh in relief. Professor McGonagall takes the hat off my head and places it back on her desk. "Wonderful" Hagrid exclaims. 

"Well you better be going, you don't want to break curfew." Professor McGonagall say.

"Thankyou" I reply. As Hagrid leads you to the Hufflepuff common room two red haired boys flew past at astonishing speeds on their broomsticks.

"Ugh what are they doing!" Hagrid said angry. Frantically looking around he yells out "HEY YOU, UGH, CEDRIC, TAKE MADDISON TO THE HUFFLEPUFF ROOMS" Then he takes off to run after the two boys.

I look behind me to see a boy standing there looking just as confused as I was. He was quite tall with auburn brown hair, wearing a black robe with yellow highlights. I could only assume that was a Hufflepuff robe. 

He walks over to me with a friendly smirk on his face says "Need help getting to the common room?"

"Yeah" I said slightly embarrassed. We started to walk in the direction I was headed before when he says, "I'm Cedric Diggory by the way" "I'm Maddison Hamilton, but people just call me Maddi"

He smiles at me with an impressed look on his face. "As in Helga Hamilton?" 

"Yeah, she was my Great Grandmother" I reply confused. "Wow" he replies astonished.

I was thinking about asking him how he knew my Great Grandmother but we soon reached a room with quite a few of student of different houses. 

"This is the student lounge, all people can come here and hang out. And then through here is..." He leads me around the corner and up a small set of stairs. The was a single wooden door with a logo engraved on it, it was the same logo as the one on his robe. "Through here is the Hufflepuff common room. To get through the password is two knocks on the left side of the door, one on the right side, then one above your head." He demostraights as he is talking. 

The door opens but he closes it again saying "Your go." you repeat exactly as he did and the door opens back up again.  You step through the door to see a room filled with yellow. There was yellow cushions, yellow rugs, yellow fire, you name it. 

"Only Hufflepuffs are allowed in here. The boys dorms are down stairs, and the girls are upstairs. There should be a spare bed in there for you." He walks over to the stairs before the girls dorm. "If you have any questions just let me know" he says with a friendly smile.

"I will" You say with a smile on you face as you start to head upstairs.

NOTES!!

I know there is no such thing as a student lounge, but I made it up. It will take a big part of the story later on.

Sorry, i keep on adding little parts to the story when I get the chance. :)

And if you want me to continue the story could you please tell me because I have a lot on my plate right now, but if you want me to , I will :)👍
