The woman with the dark skin was back again. She stared into the glass eyes of the beastly bear, vision glazed with sadness. He was sure that he recognized the woman, although he wasn't sure how. How long had it been since he lay in the dumpster, alone?
A bear.
There were two kids his glass eyes fell on often, sticking out of the group. A young girl with ginger hair and watchful green eyes, and a boy with a hardened face and sorrowful blue eyes. They were there nearly every day, although the boy didn't seem to want to be there. He wondered why as he watched the boy. Everybody loved it here.
A bird.
Nobody was there at night, at least not for a long time, until one night a man showed up. The man reminded the metal beasts of the monster man, and it made him wonder if they were one in the same. They didn't like this newcomer, who smelled of fresh air and fear.
A fox.
They wished to torture the mirror of the monster man, to make him hurt like he made them hurt. Someone had to pay.
A rabbit.
