"Seriously! Robby too?" I say almost losing my mind.

"Yeah... that's what she said. Keep up." Demetri says sarcastically.

I roll my eyes and then look at them. They look at me and I can tell they are waiting for me to respond probably with an attitude because that's what "I do" apparently. But I am fine with it because I know I need to move on so.... I look at them seriously at first then all of a sudden I start to laugh my eyes out.

"What are you doing....?" Eli asked very much confused.

"I'm sorry, I just think it's funny that y'all think I care so much about them!" I say trying to calm myself down.

"Wait... so you're not mad about them coming?" Aisha asked me.

"No. I'm fine with it.. but do you think they'll be okay with it?"

"Oh I hadn't thought about that... it should be fine... I hope."

I look down to my watch and check the time. People should be showing up any minute now. I look up and see Aisha heading to get the food set out on the table and I follow her.

"Are you sure you're okay with them coming?" She asks me.

"Yeah totally! Why stay stuck in the past." I say smiling at her.

"Okay..." She says not making eye contact with me

".....You don't believe me." I say confronting her.

"It's not that it's just... I know you were mad and upset about it so I don't understand why you're all of a sudden fine with it."

"Because... it's childish to keep acting like we did.... like I did..." I say looking at her as we set the rest of the stuff on the table.

"You heard that?"

"Yeah... but you are right it is real childish. I mean we are young, there's nothing I can do about it anyway..." I say as people start to pull up and come to the door.

First it's some of the kids from school, then some of the cobras, then it's Robby... I don't know how to tell him what I did was for payback... he comes inside looking around then his eyes land on me and he smiles... I smile back trying to hide how bad I feel about it...

"Hey there..." he says as he walks up to me.

"Hi... look I have to tell you something..." I say looking into his eyes.

"Okay what is it?"

"Its about the kiss... I-I only kissed you because I... I wanted to get back at Miguel for kissing Sam...." as I tell him I see his eyes change from joy to hurt.

"ohhhhhhh... I see... well umm... I'm gonna go hang with Aisha..." he says looking away from me.

"I- I-" I start to say as he gets to far away to hear me. "I'm sorry I say...."

Right as I say that no other then Miguel and Sam walk in. I sigh and head to the food table not wanting to talk to him at this moment.

I get to the table, get some punch and look around the room. As I get to where Miguel is standing he looks at me then starts to walk over.

Shoot I think to myself. I have to talk to him now... well that's fine it's all good.

"Y/n I wanted to talk to you."

"Okay. Start talking before I walk away." I say rolling my eyes at him.

"I just wanted to apologize for what I did... it.. it was wrong and I shouldn't have done it..."

"I agree. But it's to late now. Bye." I say as I start to walk away.

Miguel grabs my arm before I get to far away and turns me to face him.

"What man? What could you possibly want now?"

"I. am. sorry. I really am. Please forgive me!"

"Why... Why should I forgive you? Huh? Because you feel you can kiss other girls and it be okay? Well it's not!"

"You should forgive me just like I forgave you! For kissing Robby... even though you did it just to get back at me! That's right I know about that!" He says tears starting to fill his eyes. "I'm sorry..."
