Piper Ch. 4

   I can't believe what I just saw. Frank just threw Leo off of his own ship. Me and Hazel couldn't possibly handle this guy on our own, what are we going to do?  Not to mention Leo stole my knife. This is great, I guess it was time to use my charm speak? Guess I will give it a go, I hope this works. I hope Jason, Nico and Leo are okay.

"Frank listen to me, you don't want to hurt us. Hazel is your girl-" he cut me off.

"Silence, daughter of Aphrodite! I do not care who Hazel or you are but, I will not allow you to stop my plans." Gaea commanded.

Suddenly a red ruby went flying past my face and smacked Frank in the snout. "Pathetic girl, I'm controlling Frank if you try to hurt me, you hurt him too, I guess I will leave now and let you suffer at what you have just caused," and with that Gaea left and Frank collapsed to the ground.

"Frank!" Hazel cried as she ran to his side. He opened his eyes and scratched his head as he looked up at her. He sat up. "I'm so sorry, you guys," he said sincerely. "It's okay, Frank. It wasn't your fault, Gaea was controlling you." Hazel said. "Yeah but, I let her control me. I could have fought her off." Frank complained. "Look Frank, Gaea is powerful. You couldn't have possibly fought her off. Now we have some people to go save. You knocked everyone off the side of the ship," I said.

"Oh gods, did I?" He asked.

"Yes, now please shapeshift into something useful, my boyfriend is missing," I said. "Nico and Leo are missing as well," I continued. "Okay, you guys stay here. I will go look for them, again I am so sorry. Gods, I can't show how much I am sorry," he said. "It's okay, just go! I'm worried." I said and with that Frank shapeshifted back into a dragon and took off after Nico, Leo and Jason.

   I looked at Hazel. "You're boyfriend just gave me 3 heart attacks," I said. Hazel looked at me sympatheticly. "Sorry, I have to be honest with you though, I'm starting to have feelings for Leo," she said. I gasped, "With Leo? The jokester?" I asked. Hazel smiled nervously and nodded. "Well, you both would look cute together, I don't know. You and Frank don't really look right together but, I know what it feels like to be conflicted," I said. "What do you mean?" Hazel asked. "I still feel like Jason would choose Reyna over me." I said. "Piper, Jason seems very loyal, I don't think he would leave you in the dust," she explained.

   "But, he is loyal and he was born a Roman. He was closer to Reyna than he ever was me." I said. "Don't worry, Pipes. Jason isn't gonna leave you for Reyna, especially since she basically turned on all of us, even though it was ghosts that had Leo possessed to attack Camp Jupiter. The poor guy still blames himself."

   Frank suddenly returned, he had Nico. "Where's Jason and Leo?" I asked. "I can't find them, they aren't around," he replied. "What do you mean?" I asked. "They aren't anywhere to be found, they disappeared," he explained, and out of no where, there was a loud thump on the ship.
