Cold, it felt cold.
It felt as if Zuko was sinking, drowning in the waters. The last thing he remembered was being on the Wani; he was alone for a few minutes and all of a sudden he was shielding himself from the purposely made explosion, and after that, he just blacked out. He opens his eyes to find himself not in the ocean, but somewhere completely different.
He saw tall buildings and homes, there were crowds of busy people surrounding him, and they all wore such strange outfits. He doesn't understand how he got here, but he'd developed a wary feeling of this place. It felt safe to stay cautious.
As he roamed around the city, he kept on getting strange looks. Their glances felt degrading, but they were the strange ones here, not him. He then spots two familiar yet unfamiliar faces sitting on a bench, the two of them looked like the Avatar's water tribe friends. They were probably stuck in this place with him too, but they look slightly different; they wore clothes that were similar to the people who lived here, but either way, he was certain that he knew them so he tried to approach the siblings while squeezing out of the crowd.
After a few minutes of protesting and many insults thrown by him and by other people, he finally makes it out of the crowd. Luckily by the time he made it out, the two siblings were still in sight. He starts to call out for them, "Hey!"

"Uhm Sokka, do you hear something?" Katara asked. She looked towards him as they both stood from the bench and started walking again.
Sokka just grunts an "I don't know" in response as he browses through Instagram.
He starts drooling as he looked through his feed, he stopped dead in his tracks and shoved his phone an inch a way from Katara face. The post on his screen was an ad, specifically an ad for barbeque. "Look Katara! It's an all-you-can-eat barbeque place! We have to go there, nOW!"
"Alright," Katara sighed, "but you're paying."
"Fine by me," He grinned and puts his phone away, the thought of it just made Sokka's mouth water. "juicy barbequed meat here I come-"
"Hey, you!"
A raspy voice called out, both Sokka and Katara turn around and stared at the angry-looking teen whose face was filled with cuts and bruises... and there was a really bad scar on his left eye, ouch. Sokka felt slightly bad for him.
"...Us?" Sokka confusingly gestures to him and his sister, he had no idea who this guy was but he looked like he wanted to pick a fight.
"Who else would I be talking to, peasants?!"
"Excuse me, what the fuck did you just call me and my sister --"
"Actually, it's my sister and I," Katara corrects, "grammar is essential."
"That's not the point!" Sokka yelled and turned to his sister, "why are you so calm?! He just called us peasants!"
He stomped towards him, and gripped the boy's chest with both his arms, "What gives?! You don't get to talk to me and my sister like that!"
"I can do whatever I want to your kind, water tribe!" He pushed Sokka aside in shock, probably because of his pretty bold action.
"Water what?"
Now Sokka was just genuinely confused. He's been through all sorts of confusingly weird stuff, but this? This was beyond confusing.
"I think you've got the wrong guy...?" He said and backed away.
What in the world was a water tribe? He knows his geography and he's sure that a water tribe does not exist.
Wait, why was he even worried about geography? He should be worried about the guy who started all this in the first place.
