He forgot-Cuts and Brusies

Harus P.O.V

Its the next morning the sun was shining brightly through the windows. I continue to sit in the tub playing with my dolphin as I wait for makoto to come walk me to school. I look at the clock to see that it's getting really late. So I decide to get out and go to school by myself. 'Wheres Makoto'?

Time skip

I went to practice everyone was already there talking about our new training regiment. I wasent all that intersted so i went ahead and jumped into the pool. Gou shouted my name telling me to get out of the pool but after awhile she gave up. Not long afterwards I heard the splashing of the pool water. So I assumed everyone else joined in with me in the pool. I looked over to see makoto spacing out. I walked over to him or should i say swim in front of him but he doesnt notice me. Its rare to see makoto spacing out so i start to wave my hand in front of his face while saying his name.

"Haru!"he looks suprised.I must have had my emotions showing on my face, or maybe he just knows me that well because he just said "Im fine just thinking thats all"he says in gentle tone."Ok, hey makoto"i say in a  questioning tone."What is it?"he asks curiously. I decided to ask him about something thats been weighing heavily on my mind since this morning. "Why didnt you come to get me this morning" I question while looking down at the clear sparkling water then i looked at him. He looked suprised. Then he smiled while scratching the back of his head saying
"Im sorry i forgot". I contiuned to look at him with this deadpanned face. He forgot how could u forget you do this everyday its practically a habit. It was obivious that he was lying but i decided not to say anything about it.

Makoto POV

You forgot! The voice in my head  screamed at me. What type of excuse is that you idoit. Something happened this morning and because of that outcome i went to school by myself. I didnt want haru to see me in that state. I'm sure if I went and saw him I'd end up bawling like a baby.

Haru POV

After practice makoto struggled but manged to get me out of the pool like always. After changing Rei,Nagisa,Makoto and i walked home together. Nagisa was talking about his favorite food which was junk food at least that's what rei said. Then rei started to give a dramatic speech of how junk food is not healthy and how he should try different things but if i was him i would just say to eat makeral. Mackerel is fairly easy to cook and because its fish it's healthy. But of course I didnt say anything. One because I couldn't be bothered to say anything, and because i was to busy paying attention to how quiet makoto was being. I kept staring at his back. When we reached the train station rei and nagisa left it was just me and makoto. We continued home in comfortable silence.

Makoto POV

When walked to our stairs we said good bye and went our seperate ways. As soon as i walked in there was shouting "your late"my mother screamed."Sorry" i walked past her to the twins room only to see they werent there. "Where are the twins"i ask my mom worriedly. "It doesnt concern you"."Yes it does!"i scream at her then i felt a cold hand hit my face harshly." Dont you dare raise your voice at me and where were you" "Practice it ran late." I debated on weither or not to say sorry. I knew I did nothing wrong and had no reason to apologize." I want this place clean before you go to your room." " Yes ma'am" I say in defeat. I hurriedly cleaned up the house not wanting to be in my mothers presence much longer. I finally went to my room and took a cold shower to cool off. I wore a yellow and orange striped shirt with grey sweat pants. Afterwards I finished my homework and went to bed. I kept twisting and turning in bed before I finally fell asleep.

I heard screams coming from outside that caused me to wake up. They were from my siblings. I knew they were. I ran out my room and hurried down the stairs to the outside."Brother!Help us!" My younger siblings call out to me in a panic as they were dragged away. I ran after them. As I continued to run I quickly lost my breath having to stop to catch my breath again. But when I finally did my brother and sister were already gone. The only thing left behind was the darkness of the night.
"Ren,Ran!"i turn to see Ren,Ran and Haru. They were looking down at me their eyes full of hatred. Was I the cause of this hatred.
"I hate you,why, why did you abandoned us. Big Brother!!" Haru' just looked at the scene unfold. His face showing no emotion. "Haru!! Help!!!I'm sorry, I'm really sorry". I was kneeling in dirt,tears stained my face, I tried to reach him with my trembling hands but.....

"H-haru"my voice broke.

Wake up

I woke up sweating and panting i felt a little dizzy "Ren,Ran......haru"I say worriedly. I walk to the bathroom my body felt kind of heavy like led. I splashed water on my face and looked at myself in mirror.
'Arent you feeling stressed out'something in my head says
"No im not im fine"
'Yes you are'
"No im not"i said banging my hands down on the bathroom counter. This damn voice again shut up!! I opened my eyes shocked at what i had just done . Then in the corner of my eyes i saw a razor blade. I heard people cut themselves to relieve stress. I tried it before it felt pretty good. Should I try it again?
'Go ahead'a voice said
"I wont"
'Come on dont be shy'
"No"
'Do it'
"No"

No
Come on you've been very bad. Not only did you not get Haru this morning but you also lied to him. Not to mention that you don't even know where your siblings are.

I finally gave into the temptation i grabbed the razor blade and started cutting my thighs. At first I was careful but the more I went on the more I got used to the pain and started to feel more pleasurable. The cold blade digs into my skin to make it hurt more. My mind is getting clouded as I try to keep track of the cuts almost losing track of the amount of cuts I made. I had decided to stop. My legs hurted alot but that was the point this was my punishment. All I saw was blood, blood and more blood all driping down my leg it looked pretty. Such a pretty red. I cleaned it up. I let the faucet water run on my leg to rinse the blood off. At first the amount of blood was overwhelming causing me to panic but it eventually stopped. I felt faint so i quickly threw the blade away and stumbled to my bed finally being able to get some sleep.
