Swara's pov

I smiled at the lady servant and thanked her for serving my plate. I am now sitting on the grand dining hall of Maheshwaris'. Sanskar is sitting on my one side, while Pari bhabhi is sitting on my other side.

I am feeling uncomfortable with the silence filled here. Everyone is eating their breakfast silently. I have now started hating this silence. I feel like I am in my exam hall, my spoon is my pen and my food plate is my exam paper that I have to finish somehow. Uff!

After welcoming us, Dadi asked me to lit diya in pooja room which I complied. I can sense the irritation of Sanskar as he don't like this all. But he kept silent. On the other side, I feel happy to do all this as it is related to God.

The servants kept our luggages in Sanskar's room in this Mansion. We directly came to dining hall for breakfast as my Sasu mom told that I can go to room after that. So here I am sitting in my exam hall. Oops, Nah! The dining hall haha!

"We all will be going to our village tomorrow morning."

I looked up to the person who talked. It is Dp uncle.

"Why now, Dad?"

Adarsh bhai asked annoyed. Dp uncle gave him a look.

"We went there after your marriage. It has been a year and half since that, And now both Laksh and Sanskar are married. We must have to visit our temple.", He said, Adarsh bhai sighed.

"Hate these rituals and temples. Always pooja, pooja!!! Urgh!"

Pari Bhabhi is muttering under her breath with irritation. As I am sitting next to her, I heard it.

"We are not coming. You just asked us to come here, we came. That's it. I have no time to do these things.", Sanskar told annoyedly.

"I also have no interest to come.", Laksh said next. Brothers, huh!

Dadi put her spoon on the plate with a thud. She looked up.

"Sanskar, Laksh.. this pooja is especially for you both only. So everyone should go. No more arguments here.", She said strictly.

"Ok Dadi.", Laksh said after few seconds, respecting her words.

"My decision is final.", Sanskar said stubbornly, making everyone look at him. I also looked at him. But he is eating his food calmly.

"Sanskar, we won't force you if it's any other pooja but it is for you. Can't you understand?", Annapurna aunty asked him.

"Understood clearly. But like I said, we are not going.", He said firmly. Annapurna aunty's expression changed as he spoke against her. Elders are looking like they are losing their patience over his stubbornness. But here, I admired my Hubby's cute stubborn face. He is looking like a cute kid!

"Sanskar..", Dadi said in warning tone.

He looked up at her with no care look. I sighed and held his hand which is on the table. He looked at me, but I looked at Dadi.

"It's ok, Dadi. We will come.", I said with small smile. Everyone looked at me surprised, Dadi raised her eyebrow and then looked at Sanskar.

I turned my gaze to him who is already looking at me. I gave him my puppy eyes. Though we both are not in talking terms, I still believe it will work. No one can reject it. Especially, not him!!!

"Fine!", He said after staring at me for seconds. Yes!!! I grinned.

"We will go", He said and then started eating. I turned and saw everyone is looking shocked. Especially, my Sasu mom is having her mouth open.
