Chapter 1

BROOKLYN'S POV::
{Sighs} "Man I haven't seen Tohru for like ever.
I remember the last time I seen her was at moms funeral-
Her and that Psych and Yankee." I grip my pendant that hangs from my neck. It's a solid white and looks like a white checker piece but smaller. I love this thing it just feels like......home.

"Maybe I should visit her!" I stand up smiling holding my hand up in the air.
"Oh course she would like to see me, I heard she was living with grandpa. Oh and a visit with grandpa I'm just soooo spoiled!" {smiling blush} I love my life sometimes.

"Your too loud" My aunt walks in rubbing the back of her head.
"I'm leaving!" I throw my hand down on the table, but keep the joy in my face.
"Why?" She pours herself some milk not really caring,
"Why? Why? You ask, because I'm going to visit Tohru!" I wonder if she still remembers her skills from when we lived in China. Hmm, maybe.

"Book me a one way flight to Japan!" I smile and run to my room to pack my stuff. I grab my two pink suitcases and stuff them with my american clothing. I examine my outfit. I better get to go today.

A light pink crop top with jean shorts. I put on my black Toms and roll my self back to the living room.

"You can't expect to go today" She states calmly, and suddenly I'm bummed.
"And why not!?" I throw my fist down on the table,
"Well, let me see usually these things have to be planned"
"It's supposed to be a surprise!" I whine.
"Let me call the place and see if any tickets for a one way flight to Japan are booked. Maybe they can fit one person in." she smiles her all american smile and pulls out her IPhone 4. Such an old model. I feel my own. iPhone 6 vibrate on the counter, I look at the message.
Oh Mia with her drama,
*i cannot believe Justin just turned me down*
*no way* I reply looking deeply into my phone. How can I leave a girl like this if I'm going back to Japan! I'm just going to have to tough it out.
*Im saad come stay the night betch😂💕💕*
*I can't I'm going to Japan to see mah family😭*
*UGH. Finnne 😭😭*

"You're going tomorrow" My aunt states.
"Yay, thanks your the best" {winks with a laugh and big smile} "love ya!" I point then stalk off to my room.
Better get a good nights sleep if I'm going.
"Auntie Carra what time am I going?"
"10:00am, they said they could fit one last person so be happy!"
"Oh I am" I smile, and then lay out an outfit for tomorrow, "Tohru and Grandpa love ya both soo much" I make my own song and then get into my pajamas and set my alarm for 8:00am.
