Chapter 11

I know guys last chapter was intense and crazy, but a little short I agree. Sorry, if that last chapter was too much 'graphic' for some of your comfort. Hope you enjoy this one it has a lot less of that stuff. Hope you are enjoying the story so far though. Leave in the comments on this chapter how your liking the story and on the last one how you felt about Brooklyn getting beat up. I love hearing from you guys.
"Ow" I groan as I wake, I'm sitting softly in Tohru's bed with a ivy connected to my arm. Something is cupping my finger, there is a small machine sitting next to the bed and of course there is a stand that has a water bad which connects to the ivy, if that even is water. I have bandages on my knees and elbows which is incredibly uncomfortable. I have a little one on the side of my lip. I wonder how long I have been asleep. I can feel a catheter. Ew gross. My head hurts so does my whole body.
"I'm hungry" I say to an empty room, well.
"Hello?" I say a bit louder,
"Brooklyn." Yuki enters the room, "I'm glad you're okay". He walks over and looks truly happy.
"Well, I'm pretty hungry. I gotta pee to" I smile,
"Well you have....that" He points to the tube that is running down my leg, I notice I wasn't under the covers and somehow I'm in some type of nightgown.
"Ew this is gross" I look at it but I have no where it leads too.
"Um, I will go get Hatori" He smiles lightly, he sits up but pauses before he leaves. In a swift move he walks over and kisses my forehead. My heart instantly restarts, I feel happier. He is gone and then tall Hatori moves through the door. I can't have him remove this thing. He already seen my......
"Lay back down, Yuki....well Yuki is telling Tohru to make you some soup." He looks at me dead in the eyes,
"I feel like a big baby" I cross my arms, I just need some ibuprofen and I'll be fine.
"Well you did nearly die. Care to tell me why?" He asks,
"I got beat up" I look down at my lap. I now notice there is a brace on my arm.
"Why is this here" I point at it,
"You fractured it" He looks very serious,
"Did anything else happen?" He asks,
"Yeah....it's disgusting, I feel disgusting." I feel pain, I want to cry, I feel the big lump in my throat form.
"You don't need to feel disgusting." He looks calmer,
"I'm 15! I'm supposed to wait until I'm older, I feel disgusting absolutely disgusting. I hate what happened to me, I couldn't control a thing. I had to go and lose my virginity to some perverts and I'm so young. Again, it makes me feel disgusting" I start to cry a little but it gets overpowered by anger,
"It's okay" He sounds so soft, his voice is like silk. It's reassuring but I'm still pissed as hell.
"Get me out of this bed!" I yell, but tears fall down my face which makes me even more pissed,
"Dammit" I wipe away the tears but new one keep forming,
"You need to calm down" He places a hand gently on my wrist.
"No you need to get me out of this bed so I can go downstairs and eat some damn food. Then I can maybe go back up here sleep then go kick some stupid perverts asses. I know now what I have to do. You have to get me out of this bed!" I slam my fist on the bed. I suddenly feel much better but the monitor next to me starts beeping louder and faster.
"Calm down" He says stern, I'm beyond pissed at this point.
"I don't need these" I look at everything that is on my body,
"Yes you do, we are making you food calm down" he says sternly. I'm leaving after I eat,

Tohru happily brings up some soup, but seeing me I can tell hurts her.
Everyone leaves so me and Tohru can spend time,
"This is good" I smile as I sip her soup,
"I'm sorry" she puts her head down on the bed next to me,
"If I would have just woken up we could have beat those guys together and-" she starts crying,
"It's not your fault, don't say that. It's not your fault" I can't help but cry, we both calm down and I finish my soup.

Yuki, Kyo, and Hatori enter the room and Tohru leaves to probably go clean the bowls.
"Okay let me out of here" I smile and reach to take my ivy out but Hatori stops me by grabbing my wrist. A memory flashes back. I get pissed again.
"Stop, I'm leaving" I look up at him, the monitor starts it's fast beeping again.
" look you need to calm down " Kyo says,
"No I'm leaving" I sit up then I clench my head, it hurts again.
"See you just need to lay down" Hatori puts his hands up,
"I just need Ibuprofen" I look up at him, I'm not wasting another minute in bed, I don't like this helpless feeling. I need to do something.
"Lay down" Kyo yells, I don't think Yuki knows what to do, then Kyo places his hands on my shoulders to push me back slightly, it hurts but I makes me panic. I slap away his hands.
"Don't touch me" I snap, then I start to get up but a slight pain in my arm makes me sit down. Everything is getting darker but it's distorted. I get hypersensitive,
"What did you do?" I cover my eyes,
"I gave you a shot to make you calm down. You need to sleep" Hatori says calmly,
"No, what's going on? Make it stop" I am freaking out right now, it feels almost like I'm.....high or having a panic attack without the furious heartbeat. The monitor is beeping normally, but I am freaking out.
"You will be okay" He smiles, but I don't think I am.
"No. I won't, make this stop" I start crying, I don't think my body will let it have the right effects on me.
"Just calm down" He says, he looks a little alarmed.
"I can't calm down" I start crying more, I'm covering my eyes but everything is so loud,
"It's okay" Hatori places one hand on my shoulder,
"Stop, get Tohru. Just get out your scaring me. Why did you do this?" I yell,
"Brooklyn it's okay" Yuki says and he comes to sit by me.
"I'll talk to you just tell me what's wrong" Yuki says in the softest voice,
"Everything looks weird, and everything is so loud" I cry,
"Well I can hold your hand, if that will calm you a little. We can all be quite until it stops." He breathes, I take his hand.
"Please" I say,
"Can just you, Tohru, and Kyo be in here?" I ask, I know it sounds rude but I admit Hatori has made me a bit scared of him.
"Sure." I can hear him smile from his voice,
"I'll go get Tohru" Hatori says and then Tohru shows up, after a moment they turn the lights off and everything gets quite. Yet no one dares climb in bed next to me. I'm close to the edge, at least Tohru or Yuki can lay next to me.

~After Awhile~

"I'm going to go make dinner" Tohru says, but I wonder were Shigure is,
"I'll go help you" I hear Kyo sigh, but Yuki stays, I'm calm now.
"Yuki will you lay next to me" I whisper,
"Um" I here his hesitant but I feel his presence climb in next to me,
"What would I do without you?" I smile but then I drift off into sleep.

I awake and Yuki is asleep, he looks so peaceful, so young. My head has somehow made it's way to rest on his chest, his arms is wrapped around me and mine is across his waist. I feel so hungry again, it's dark outside. I start to feel bad for basically telling Hatori that I didn't want to see him after all he did. He helped me heal and took care of me. I feel so bad, I need to say sorry. I don't dare move though, I want Yuki to continue to sleep. But his eyes flicker open,
"You're awake" He smiles,
"Is Hatori still here?" I smile,
"I think do you want me to go check?" He asks,
"Please, I need to actually get up this time and I owe him a apology" I feel more than guilty.
"Alright, just stay here I don't want you to hurt yourself" And then with the most grace he climbs out of bed and I see him disappear out of the door.

"Your up, I'm sorry I upset you earlier. I thought the medicine would have different.....affects." Hatori says with the it's of a smile, and he starts messing with the monitor.
"No it's fine, I'm the one who should be sorry. Earlier, it's not that I don't find you to be close like all the other Sohma's, I mean I basically kicked you out for trying to help me. I just wasn't stable you see, so what I wish I could of said was thank you. Thank you for helping me and healing me, I'm eternally grateful just please, don't give me that medicine again." I smile,
"Yes, I understand how that medicine makes you feel sometimes and your welcome" He says with a deep serious voice but I hear a small sound of humor.
"Alright, now can I get up?" I ask,
"If you want, I just didn't want you to hurt yourself earlier when you were in a rage like that" he says quietly,
"Are you the one who has to remove this" I point to the bottom of my leg where you can see the tube,
"Ah yes" He says.

After ten embarrassing and gross minutes I make my way downstairs with new clothes on and I actually went to the bathroom in the toilet. I'll have to shower later but I'm hungry. I surprisingly feel so much better, I don't ache or anything just a little sore.

"I need food!" I yell, but I keep a smile high on my face,
"Well dinner is almost done. I'm glad you're feeling better." She smiles back,
"Oh yeah, what's today?" I ask,
"Sunday" She smiles, but I let my jaw drop.
"I have been asleep for two days?" I ask,
"Um, yeah" She sounds uneasy,
"And we have school tomorrow!" I cover my eyes.
"Well you can't go to school" Kyo snaps but he has faint calmness in his voice,
"Kyo is right, you can't" Hatori states,
"Why?" I ask,
"You have to rest more." Yuki places his finger on my nose,
"I'm going to stay here with you so don't worry" he smiles,
"Alright" I smile.

We have our dinner, I can't help but smile the whole time.
"I love you guys" I smile, but I can't help but wonder were Shigure is,
"Hey where is Shigure?" I ask,
"He is visiting the Sohma house" Hatori states calmly,
"Actually I think you might reconsider going to school, I think she might be spending the day there tomorrow" He continues.
"I will?" I ask,
"Most likely" Hatori sets his chopsticks down,
"I was really looking forward to spending the day with Yuki" I whine.
"We can hang out another time" Yuki says with a smile, I love his voice, it's so soft.
"Alright. Next Friday, I'll take you on a date" I smile,
"I would rather take you on a date" he looks slightly concerned.
"Is this about a guys 'manhood'" I ask,
"I guess you can say that" he smiles.
"Alright then Friday, take me on a date" I smile back with almost the same goofy grin Tohru always gives people.
