Anticipation

I've been told to sleep

But try as I might

There's no use

I'll be up all night.

At this very moment

I can hardly wait

To get going in the morning

It's gonna be great.

What we do each year

Is always the same

Raise money in our town

We kind of know fame.

It's for a good cause-

For families in need

Who won't have anything

Under their trees.

For 40 hours we're up

On radio and TV

All to collect

As much money

As we possibly can

And help those who need it

Christmas is coming

Lets get in the spirit!

Hey guys, sorry its been so long. But every year the local (by which I mean in the high school) radio/tv station does a telethon to raise money for those in need. It's tonight, and I am PUMPED. So yeah.
