'wakey wakey, lou. it's christmas!' harry said in a low, croaky morning voice which louis found incredibly sexy.

'merry christmas.' louis muffled into the pillow, one arm tightly fitted around harry's bare chest, which was littered with tattoos.

'get up.' harry said, combing his fingers though louis' messy bed-hair. 'why?' louis groaned, pulling the covers more snuggly around his small body.

'because i'm making breakfast and i need someone to make the drinks.' harry spoke, climbing out of bed and slipping on a hoodie which he had packed from home.

'it's snowing!' he said, looking out of the bedroom window at the beautiful sight of london covered in snow.

louis shot upright and clambered out of bed, pressing his hands against the window and staring out with awe. 'woah. it's so pretty.' he breathed, his breath fogging up the glass.

'oops.' he giggled, as harry used his finger to write "hi" on the fogged window, then wiping it off with his hoodie sleeve.

louis pulled his sweater sleeves over his hands and slithered his arms around harry's waist, his head resting on his chest.

the taller placed a soft kiss into louis' hair, softly rubbing his back comfortingly.

'i have a feeling this is gonna be a good christmas.' harry sighed, a smile spreading over his face.

the two walked around the snow covered streets of london, not caring if anyone saw. he knew he should care, but he didn't.

louis hummed to the tune of a christmas song being played in a nearby store as harry was on the phone to niall about their plans for that night.

harry was going to go to the bar with the boys whereas louis was going out to dinner with eleanor and katie, to tell them about the new year's eve party at harrys house.

'alright, nialler. sounds good. see you soon.' harry said, slipping the phone into his coat pocket, then placing his hand on louis' back.

'everything alright?' louis asked, as the snow started falling a little heavier. 'yeah, 's all good. nialls booked a table so we're all sorted.' harry said happily.

'good, good. katie's doing us a curry night tonight, els vegan so we don't wanna have chicken or turkey. kind of a tradition to do a christmas curry night.' louis said happily, warming his hands up with his breath.

'let's go in here, you're cold.' harry said, turning into a crowded coffee shop called 'Costa'. louis gave harry a knowing look, in return harry just nodded and guided louis through the door.

luckily, everyone in the shop were heavily focused on their own business, so harry and louis successfully made it to the counter without being stopped or recognized.
