addison pov: "bryce, do you wanna come with me to the lake?" I ask. "sure babe" he replies. i grab a picnic basket and stuff whatever I can find that would be useful in it. the weather today called for a lake day. plus bryce needed rest definitely after being so engrossed in his work for the past week. he launched a new podcast and new designs of merch and I was so proud of him. he drives us there and I set out a sheet for us to lay on. i didn't plan to swim so I remained in my oversized t-shirt and booty shorts while I lay down next to bryce in the pleasnt wether. we rest for a while and scroll through Instagram peacefully. i make some aesthetic titkoks meanwhile. bryce gets up to take a stroll. "addi, come ere" he says. "why, I wanna lay down" i reply instead. "just come" he says. and I get up.
bryce pov: I was planning to push addi in the water. i am an amazing boyfriend I know ;). she comes up to me and I waste no time in pushing her in. the look on her face was priceless. i feel bad immediately and I jump in with her without thinking. she was panicking but got calm when I came beside her and held her. she splashes me with water. "what was that forrrr?" she shouts. "sorry, i thought it would be funny and it was, u should have seen ur face" i reply. "ughghghhg" she shouts. "now i am all wet and i don't have extra clothes" she adds. "heyy, look who else is wet, me!" i rpely in a fun way. "why did u jump in, i could've stole ur clothes otherwise. "i felt bad" i reply honestly. "aww" she rpeleis and comes and hugs me. we stand there wet and hugging for some time and taking in the new sunset. "its beautiful" she says. "not as beautiful as you are though" i reply truthfully. she really was the prettiest girl i have ever met. she punches me lightly while blushing. "i love u, hall" she says. "i love u to the moon and back" she adds. i kiss her on her forehead and reply " i love u too, addi". we head home later after watching the sunset and cuddling in our only blanket together. i shower first so i make us some food and we eat together on sway's porch.
addison pov: i dress nicely after showing for no reason again. i wear a white t-shirt over a black net fullsleeve thing to keep me warm. bryce made me some fresh spaghetti himself and we eat peacefully on sway's porch.
