Among us

𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗜 : 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿

Imposter?

Panic fills the ship. The O2 alarm is going off loudly as we rush towards the room, shouting orders to each other. Cyan is crying; Pink is running towards admin; black looks serious, moving with purpose towards O2. I don't have time to see the others before I panic and rush towards Admin.

They are all talking over each other in there, and I spot a post-it-note on the wall above the keypad. "LOOK! THE CODE! 03739" I shout, silencing them all as Pink franticly types it in. The alarms stop, so I can only assume the others did the same in O2.

The emergency button sets off a different alarm, and we all make our way quickly to cafeteria. Lime called it, and seems to elect herself as leader.

"Well obviously something bad went on, and Dark blue and I checked the wires up in O2, and they've been sabotaged!!" Lime says from the head of the table. Dark Blue nods in agreement, and a gasp of shock comes out. Cyan is already in tears, Yellow bites her lip nervously and Pink's eyes go wide.

"Should we contact earth?" Yellow says, stepping up. We all murmer in agreement and we make our way down to communications. We send a message through the radio and wait for an answer.

A crackling sound comes from the speaker, and a message comes back from the lady in charge of the main investigations in our ship.

"We have run a small investigation and have discovered that there are two imposters among you. We do not have enough information to know exactly who, but there is a scanner in the Navigation wing."

"The thing where you eject people?" Pink asks and Lime nods as if she knows better than we do.
"Only eject those who you beleive to be an imposter, and tasks will need to be completed in order to fix the sabatagation of-" it cuts off and turns into a loud crackling sound making us cover our ears.

When it stops there is an arkward silence, only broken by purple when she says "so there's an imposter huh?".

Lime escorts us to the cafeteria, where she lays out pictures of us all, as if inspecting whether we are the imposter or not by our pictures. She makes a list of tasks and gives us each a clipboard filled with ours. My clipboard had 5 tasks on it: clean O2 filter, fix wiring, submit scan, unlock manifolds and upload data.

And so, the investigtion begins...
