As we arrived at the highway we noticed a bunch of cars were either parked closely to each other or crushed into each other.
I had no idea what to do since the cars were blocking our only way out.
"Now what?" I sighed, sliding my hands down the stirring wheel.
Luke traced his fingers over the the black radio and switched it on.
"T.C Labs has been trying to figure out a cure for the sudden outburst of this parasite, reporters say that they've scientists almost got it." The person reported said before we lost connection.
"Do you think we should head out to Tube City?" Luke questioned.
"But that way we would be heading south." I frowned, heading south isn't the best idea probably most walkers would be heading that direction.
"It's safer if we head North" I stated switching the car back on.
"No it won't be safer, people will most probably be heading south because of Tube City and we would most likely be alone which isn't really safe if you ask me!" Luke argued.
"Less people less walkers Luke, which to me sounds pretty safe." I retorted.
"Jenns got a point." Michael butted in.
"When did you wake up?" Luke asked Michael.
"When the radio lost connection but that's not the point, if we head north it will be much safer." Michael agreed with Jenn.
"But what if it isn't?" Luke asked not sure about the situation.
"Than we could head south." Michael said slyly.
"Fine." Luke grunted crossing his arms over his chest.

We've been driving for what seems like hours, we were currently driving around this big neighbourhood -compared to ours- until the car stopped.
"Dammit." I sulked slamming my hands roughly onto the wheel causing the horn to go off.
"What happened?" Luke jolted up, clearly confused as to what happened since he was just asleep a second ago.
"We're out of gas." I grumbled getting out of the car and headed to the back of the vehicle.
"What are you doing?" Luke questioned unlocking his car door following me.
"Grab that pipe." I ordered pointing at the long plastic pipe curled up in the corner of the cars trunk.
I grabbed a blade that was lying around at the back of the car and snatched the pipe out of Lukes hand, I put the blade against the pipe carving a circular hole on the upper part of the pipe.
"Don't you need a bucket for what you're about to do and another pipe?" Luke asked.
"Yep" I said walking over to the car door opening it.
I poked Michaels body signalling for him to wake up.
"I swear this boy could sleep through the whole apocalypse." I mumbled to myself.
Soon after I shook Michael awake, he sat up rubbing eyes and let out a little yawn.
"What?" He whined.
"Hand me that bucket please." I said reaching out for it.
He tiredly bent down and reached for the bucket and handed it to me.
"Come with me I've seen a car or two a few houses down from here." Luke said leading the way.
We quickly made it to the car and opened the filler neck of the car and slid down the pipe that had a whole peeking out from the top, I set the bucket under the whole of the pipe and sucked it. (A/N this sounds weird and I doubt it's a thing but hoORAY FOR IMAGINATION)
We practised this action on a few more cars until we saw walkers heading our way. Luke grabbed the bucket while I carried the pipes and ran back to our car. Luckily Michael was safe and still asleep while Luke headed into the car I quickly shoved down the pipe with no hole down the filler neck and grabbed the bucket and poured the remainders of the other cars oils.
It was dark so I wasn't able to see far off into the distance but really close to me was a walker so I hurriedly made my way into the car and started the car and drove off.

This was a boring chapter *Sigh*
but it will get interesting, I think hehe
