They are just driving around the residential area of the town. M turned on the stereo and G was surprised to hear his playlist- I can't stop me by twice is playing. G knows that song not because he is into Korean music but his sister is.

After a few minutes of listening to his playlist, they found a cliff overlooking the whole city. The city lights are twinkling below the starless city night sky. G immediately went out and allowed himself to feel the cold breeze and breathed in the air. He felt M beside him but he didn't bother looking at him because he is too absorbed living in this moment.

M on the other hand did the same thing as G; he observes and just takes at this moment of peace. For once he allowed himself to let go of his burden and responsibilities he has. 

Both gentlemen settled down on the floor and luckily M has a blanket that they could sit on and some snacks. They haven't uttered a word towards each other yet but it was never uncomfortable nor awkward. However, as much as G wants to preserve this comfortable silence, his curiosity towards this stranger heightened ( and yes he knows that they have rules on not giving in too much personal information) and so he cleared his throat and said:

"We still have at least a few hours until sunrise; so do you want to play 21 questions?"

"What happened to keep things personal agreement G?" M said with a teasing smile

"Fine then I'm just finding something to do" G said with a huff 

M chuckled and was amused at how cute it is to tease G, too bad he can only do this tonight.

"I was just teasing you relax, let's not play 21 questions; feel free to ask me anything as long as it feeds your interest in me" He said

" Sorry to burst your ego but I am definitely not interested in you" G denied.

"I'll go first since I am actually not denying being interested in your existence. Now that I thought about it, you looked pretty sad when we were at the bar" M looked at him and asked

"I see you're going for the deeper part eh? What made you say that?" G asked in return

"Answering me with another question. Well G, your eyes are pretty expressive; which by the way is amazing. It is just that a happy and carefree one suits you more" M explained to him

G was contemplating on how to answer M's question and was silent for a few minutes until he replied:

"Have you ever had a dream that seems to be so near but so far? Ever since you were little you know to yourself what you want to do however it is impossible because you are not in control of what you have. It is like you are living but it is not your life or rather you don't feel alive. It is just today I was once again stripped off from what they call a fantasy of mine." G said with a blank tone

M felt that G still wanted to continue that is why he kept his silence and allow the younger to express his thoughts because he knows what it feels like.

"It feels horrible to have that hope only to be taken away from you and be slapped with the reality. The reality that there is no escape and others may call me an ungrateful bastard and selfish for having wishes like this. But it is suffocating the hell out of me hence, for once in my life I decided to let go of my inhibitions." G said

"I know how that exactly feels like; having to carry that burden every single waking day. It is selfish for people like us to have that wish of letting go or freedom but did anyone asked us if we really wanted this life? It was already given to us from the start and according to them, we have no choice but to suck it up. Add the fact that we even have to be grateful to them and that is taboo to run away." M finally replied after listening to him

"But you know what maybe life isn't that cruel to us because it still gave us an opportunity to breathe. Every time we get overwhelmed with things did you notice how certain situations help us escape from them? Just like now, we both went to the bar expecting to at least gain a few hours to rest but now here we are; strangers who went on a road trip in the middle of the night." M said with a small smile of amusement

"We are definitely going crazy and out of our minds M" G said and wholeheartedly laughed at their situation.

The pair continued talking about random things only to find out how the flow of their conversation so easy- as if they have known each other for years. Without noticing the time, their night was filled with laughter and most importantly peace in their own hearts.
