I woke up late this morning but luckily i didn't have any classes until the afternoon. I put my shirt, and tie on when i saw starry fly in.
"Hi Starry" i said and smiled. She dropped a letter and i opened it and it red "meet me at the lake by 6pm sharp -d ;)" and i knew it was from draco. It was really hot today so they didn't make us wear our robes, it was up to us.
I walked into the dinner hall and sat next to hermione.
"good evening students, i would like to mention we have a new teacher. He will be teacher for Defense Against The Dark Arts. Everyone please welcome professor Klaus J. Westlin!" professor dumbledore said and i looked confused as i looked at the doors opening to a man in a military uniform.
"Dad!" i said and ran into his arms as we hugged. I let tears of joy fill my eyes as i haven't seen my dad since i was at least 6 years old. Everyone was clapping and i went to sit back down next to hermione as he snapped changing into a black cloak, a white button up shirt and black dress pants.
"someone's happy" harry said
"yea, i really am" i said as i noticed a girl from slytherin table giving me a death glare. I recognized her just because she was in a year above draco and was dating him.
"As some of you may know, there are three schools that come together to participate in three very dangerous challenges and at the end who ever wins get to take home the cup. This is also called the Triwizard Tournaments. This year, Hogwarts has been chosen to host the games. Everyone please welcome Beauxbatons and their headmistress Madame Olympe Maxime" dumbledore said as a bunch of girls stormed in, very politely and reasled blue and purple butterflies as a very tall women, taller than Hagrid walked in behind them. "Durmstrang and their headmaster Professor Igor Karkroff" dumbledore said as men walked in with firesticks and stuff like that.
"The Goblet of fire! How this works is that you will write your name on a piece of paper and throw the paper in the cup. If you are chosen-- there's no backing down. You must compete if your chosen" dumbledore said as the minister of magic walked up.
"Due to high command of the dangerous tasks, no student under the age of 17 will be able to put their name in the cup" the minster said as everyone started to get really loud.
"Silence!" dumbledore yelled as everyone got extremely quiet. "You must enter your name before this hour on Thursday; as of now the Triwizard Tournament has begun! Let the feast begin!" dumbledore said again as we ate and then went to our classes.
This Hour on Thursday
"first person who will be competing-- Viktor Krum!" dumbledore yelled as people cheered and i saw hermione and Viktor have a smile at each other. "the Beauxbatons champion Fleur Delacour!" he said again as people clapped more "and the hogwarts champion- Cedric Diggory!" he said once again as everyone clapped and cheered.
"harry potter!" he yelled as there was major confusion as they settled everything.
First Task - Dragons
"whoooo harry!" hermione said as we all cheered for him. He got the golden egg and we all cheered for him in the gryffindor common room.
"open it harry!" i said as we all started a chant
"who wants me to open it?" harry asked as we all said yes. He opened it and there was loud screeching and he closed it and my ears were ringing for a few minutes.
6pm sharp at the lake
I walked to the lake like draco wanted me to but expect no one was there expect his girlfriend.
"where's draco? he told me to meet him here.." i asked her
"you foolish child. It was me who sent you that letter to meet here not draco!" the girl said
"but why?" i asked and was confused
" because I'm tired of you always loving up on my man so I'm gonna get rid of you!" she said
"wait wha-" but i was cut off by her tapping my mouth shut with duck tape. She tied my hands together and my ankles were tied together and then she pushed me in the water. It got harder and harder to breathe as i fell deeper into the water as the water was extremely cold.
In the slytherin common room
"hey baby" draco said as he kissed his girlfriend and they sat on the sofa.
"is that... y/n?" draco asked as he noticed a body sinking underwater past the windows that looked out into the water. The people who lived in the water, did everything they could to help me but it didn't work.
"son of a bitch" his girlfriend said
"did you do this?" draco asked
"no i-" his girlfriend said
"were over" draco said as they stormed out of the room, running to professor dumbledore, professor snape and professor McGonagall and explained. They all ran outside to the boardwalk and the mermaids lifted me to the boardwalk. They undid the ropes and took the duck-tape off.
A few minutes later, i coughed up water and sat up. The professors announced the second task has begun and i felt draco wrap a towel around me and i smiled briefly at him as he walked off.
"Y/n!!" hermione said as she also gave me a towel and it didn't bother me because i was cold. "thank god your ok!!" she said
"yea..." i said as i looked over at draco and i could tell he felt bas i heard that cedric won the challenge.
The maze - last challenge
I saw everyone enter the maze and i saw a flash of red shoot up into the air. Fleur Delacour was attacked and i started to worry about cedric and harry. A few minutes later i saw harry and cedric appear. Harry was overtop of cedric, and wouldn't let go and at that moment i knew.
"NO!" i said as tears flooded my eyes as hermione held me back.
"he's back! he's back!" harry cried
"whose back?" dumbledore asked
"Voldemort! Voldemort is back!" harry cried, as professor snape took harry away. Draco ran over to me and held me close as i cried to him about Cedric's death. They took his body somewhere else.
Quick Little Note! Ok yes I'm aware that i said i would have this published before tomorrow ( today ) but i got carried away! I stayed up all night studying for my finals and yeah! Yes i know for some people its still yerstday ( October 11th )but for me it is the 12th ( London ) and its currently 7:27 AM so I'm going to get some sleep but i promise i will try to have parts 12-13 out later, or at least the next part out later today!
