Alice: Polly sweetie please
Polly: get him out, NOW
Alice: Jason I think it's time for you to leave

Jason: your right *walks away*

Doctor: Umm
Alice*turns back to the doctor* I'm so sorry, could we please see her?
Doctor: I'm not sure you would want too
Alice: please let me see my daughter
Doctor: right this way
*Alice, Polly, and Cheryl follow him*
Veronica: aren't you gonna go?
Jughead: I'm not I want to see Betts like that

**in her room
Betty*hooked up to machines and has IV's everywhere*
Alice: oh my baby
Polly: Betty I'm so sorry
Alice: Polls come here
Polly*walks over to the edge of her bed*
Alice: Polls I'm gonna give y'all some time *leave the room*
Cheryl: me too
*they go into the hall*
Polly: I'm so sorry Betty, I didn't listen. God I was so blind and I also should have never left you at home with mom and dad. How bad have they been? I'm sorry if they hit you or push you. It's my fault, I was off the wall crazy as a teen. That maybe pushed them to push you. I should have seen what was right in front of me*grabs her hand* I love you Betty, I hope you know how much. I'm gonna go now *gets up* but please, wake up if not for yourself or me. For Jughead, he needs you just as much as you need him. I can tell *blows her a kisses and leaves the room*

**a few hours later
*everyone except Jughead asleep in the waiting room*
Jughead*gets up and goes into Betty's room* wow all these flowers *looks around* and balloons and get well cards. That's nice *looks right at betty* Oh Betts, how could I let this happen? You can't answer me *laughs a little* this is all my fault, I let this happen when I gave you back. You weren't even mine to give, why did I do that? I love you Betty Cooper. I've actually loved you for longer than you would expect. I umm, I gotta tell you something. I've watched you grow up with me, imagining you were my friend, hoping it would happen. I saw you on your 13th birthday when Polly surprised you at school. How even when you were sobbing, she looked so radiant. Or when Archie first asked you out, the joy it brought you. I especially remember after y'all broke up, I saw you hide and cry. Scared to ruin your perfect image but your emotions getting trampled in the process. Oh I wanted to badly to go to you, comfort you and let you know how I felt. But that would have been crazy, you hadn't ever talked to me. But Betty Cooper, no matter how dark you were hiding it, I could tell. You have no idea how much you got me through so now it's my turn. If you wake up, come back to me then I promise to always get you through the dark. I'll be your light, Betty Cooper but first I need you to be mine *tears roll down his face* please Betty, come back. You have so much more life to live. It's not over for you
Cheryl*sniffles* wow Jughead
Jughead*whips around* Hey Cheryl, sorry I didn't hear you
Cheryl*sits in the nearest chair* yeah I'm basically a ninja *laughs*
Jughead*laughs too and starts to walk out* I'll leave you to talk
Cheryl: Jughead wait
Jughead*turns around*
Cheryl: did you mean what you said? About well everything?
Jughead*nods* yeah I did, see you later Cheryl
Cheryl: later Jughead *smiles at him*
Jughead*smiles a little and walks back to the waiting room*
